Omg what a flawless personality.the way she is answering with her depth knowledge is really impressive and inspiring. I have seen many interviews but this one is on another level.

There are many ...but the media and the bengali rumour makes u feel like there no one search - subrata gupta (ias ) , aneesh dasgupta ( ias air 74) , joyoshi dasgupta ( air 50) , Rajarshi dasgupta ( Air 169), mainak ghosh ( Air 31)....but both bengalis and bengali media is least interested.
One of the best candidates for civil services post and the way she answered in mock, I can practically guarantee she must have impressed everyone in the original upsc personality test... What a candidate..

There has always been a bias towards highly qualified candidates.... Its good to say and hear that even average students can crack.... But for that actually you need a great mains exam writing skill..... Just check top 100 ranks and u will find max of them with great academic achievements..... I m not being negative but being aware of a biased society

MS Dagur(the 2nd interviewer), despite being a retd IAS,was not fluent enough to make the candidate understand his questions properly,his pronunciations lead to multiple confusions,yet with his incomprehensible "higher and higher"notion,he can't stop a brilliant girl like Neha..much love for the girl..

Ohh my god such a mind-blowing interview ever I found on TH-cam She is most brilliant IAS ever ...such a Inspirational Girl for every future aspirant !! I really like their one answer when panel ask why u want to become administrator nd she says Ki she have curiosity to learn something new that's the line which is really touch my heart... Yes I felt that too.. when the interviewer asked her about covid 19 , she wasn't sure about the answers , but I think these are very basic questions which I also know😅
Many IAS have said that the panel doesn't check how accurately you answer a question. those things are checked in the prelims, mains and descriptive. This actually checks your personality, how well you deal with the problem.

When i am doing 2 things at a time and also playing this video and i see that this lady takes most of my attention
She is really excellent. Very sensible answers were given by her. She didn't give up ,that is what tested in such interviews.
Is it only for me that drishti ias mock interview questions are so hard and rest of the pannel interview questions are easy to be managed.
I also think the same; but that also good; so that a candidate can learn to tackle hard situation in real interview in front of strict panel.

Disheartening to see panel making comments like "iske aane se pehle he keh diya tha maine sure shot selection hai and "isko bulane ki zarurat nahi hai"
Such comments based on what? Her academic background? Well, that's discouraging to other aspirants. Such a heartbreak to witness it coming from such esteemed teachers of Unacademy.

@@sunnydalal8038 You need to go see a shrink then lol. Judging on just past qualifications even before the personality test is taken is a letdown by the panel member. It's understable Unacademy has just started taking these mock interviews so they did this blunder.

He just said "good...good" . Appreciating her academic qualifications is not judging. This happens in real interviews too.
@@akpawar651 no the interviewer at the end said that he already knew evn before she entered that she will qualify.... That actually meant he was biased towards her academic achievements
