In this video we give you the details of how DEF (Diesel Exhausts Fluid) to be filled in BS6 vehicle, what precautions should be taken while Re-Fueling the DEF because this is new for customers and workshop people, Due to lock down condition in different places the service executives didn't get physical training, hope this video will help to those who are now buying Bs6 cars because now this to be filled in every Bs6 cars.

With that extension on the can he should have kept the can outside of the boot and fill it up to reduce the risk of leaking the drop or two inside the boot. Rs. 250 to Rs.500 per 15000 kms is reasonable and not much (only 3.3 paisa per Km). Its good that they have done a convenient port for filling it up which you can do easily yourself.
DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) is American name, also called as AdBlue (European name) and AUS 32 (Aquous Urea Solution, Indian name). It is 67.5% deionized water and 32.5% highly purified urea by weight.
Costs just 45Rs/ltr of genuine Tata bucket.

Quality and efficiency of the service centre depends on the knowledgeable and sincere staff. This is not always in all the Tata Motors service centres. Many of the service centre staff have less experience and knowledge too. Also they behave like irresponsible govt staff. The senior staff of Tatas should note the comments by various customers to keep up the trust on Tata Vehicles

Bhai video bahut achhi lagi. I have booked tata harrier automatic meri car 1 week me sirf ek ya do bar nikalti hai. Kal he maine harrier book ki hai, aap mujhe ye batao mere liye petrol better rahegi ya diesel car.
I20 petrol 11 years me 53000 km chal chuki.
Shall i cancel the booking of tata harrier and suggest me the best vehicle which should be reliable and value for money and my budget is 20-25 lakhs
I think this DEF should also b avail in altroz diesel to make it more convinient.

This is a mandatory option for bs6 diesel cars.this is new in India but not in USA& canada&other 1st world countries.even trucks use def.in USA non def trucks will be banned very soon.there in every pump a separate nozzle is fitted for def in diesel dispensing machine.
You can def fluid in shell petrol bunks or any oil merchant shop

टाटा को लोग स्वदेशी समझ कर अपना रहे है मगर सर्विस सेंटर सही काम नही कर रहे आप तो वीडियो बना रहे हो इस लिए सही कर रहे हैं बाकी सर्विस टाटा की बहुत खराब है मारी खुद की हरियर की sarvi बहुत खराब की मेने शिकायत भी की कोई फरक नही पड़ा
Maine 2 months pehele harrier le hai abhi mere gadi me def empty dikha raha hai . Gaadi start nahi ho rahi. Comp wale service centre me gaadi le kar gye waha pe 50000 mang rahe hai.

First thing jyada cars mey Spare wheel mey alloy nahi hota, aur suppose agar harrier ke lower variant mey 16inch ke wheels aate hai toh company same wheel spare mey deti hai due to cost cutting, many car companies stop giving spare wheels, because now is not mandate.

TATA could have placed the AdBlue lid near the Diesel lid, so that the car owner himself can fill it in case of emergency. All other manufacturers are like that. Always TATA cars will have some negative sides like this.

There is no def in Creta, why in harrier.
only higher diesel engine capacity needs DEF, in 1.5 litr diesel engine DEF can be bypassed and still BS6 compliance can be achieved by just cleaning exhaust emission filters.

I serviced my car in Veer Motors Bhopal but unfortunately it is closed now you can go for Varenium Motors, if you are in bhopal and need any help kindly msg me.
In future every petrol pump will keep def in there stocks.now service centres mostly keeping this.but it will be mandatory for every pump in future.in 1st world country even trucks running with def already.
