One thing I have noticed is a cute trick. In order to be able to boast of larger rooms, none of your plans include a built in closet in any of the bedrooms. The room sizes are, therefore, artificially large, as a wardrobe does take up floor space and everyone needs the ability to hang up clothing. The old-fashioned term for that is juggery-pokery.
nice, but I'd rather have an enclosed laundry area-cum-storage for security reasons and have the back door from there...and also move bedroom 3 a little for more dining space and aligned the back wall with window with the laundry area for a bigger bedroom 3.
