I watched a lot of your videos and today I had my road test in Alberta. I passed it on first attempt and it’s exciting. It was a 45 Minute test. It was hard, but taking a deep breath helped me through it. You will be just fine. Wish everyone who is going through it a good luck. You will make it just right.
I am from alberta too. I heard that the tests are now 45 mins. Does that mean for the class 5 GDL they might bring you to the highway where the speed limit is around 80-100km/hr? Or that is for the advance road test? Congrats on passing your exam!
That's fantastic! Congratulations on passing your G2 test in Newmarket. It sounds like my videos were really helpful in preparing for it. Keep up the great work!
@@Canadiandrivers Undoubtedly, you r great and inspiring instructor for us , that’s why i passed my g2 , earlier i struggled a lot before watching your videos.
@ammy_dhillon That's amazing to hear! I'm thrilled that the videos were helpful in your preparation for the G2 road test. Congratulations on passing, and wishing you safe travels on the road ahead!
Thank you for your videos! Just passed my road test in BC from first attempt. Exactly this video was a great example to me - if you know all rules and how to drive safe, to pass the test easily just trust yourself and manage anxiety! Thank you for the great job!

This has to be the best video out there your instructions were great There's a lot of people out here that don't pass the test because of the instructor they make you feel uneasy or they're sarcastic or they have an attitude or they just don't like you can you ask for another instructor
Thank you for your feedback! It’s true that the attitude of the instructor can really affect your experience. If you ever feel uncomfortable, it’s definitely worth asking for a different instructor to help you feel more at ease during your driving practice.
woaaa I was so scared to drive when I was younger, now I took driving lessons again and overcame my fear and I'm having my final test in 3 days on the road, I'm nervous but your vids help so much, thank youuu 🤍🙏🏻
That's amazing! Overcoming your fear and getting back into driving is a huge accomplishment. I'm glad my videos are helping you. Best of luck on your final test-you've got this!
Florida here! Love these videos,I'm 47 been driving since I 17.. I was in a car accident, not my fault, some 18 yr old hit my new Camaro 😢! Thank God his insurance fixed my that car damage, anyway they called in my license to Tallahassee department of motor vehicle, they said I could keep my license but made me take the written and road test again, I passed was able to keep my license but I still like these videos, my 15-year-old son is getting ready to get his permit!
Thank you for sharing your story! It's great to hear that you were able to keep your license. I'm glad you find the videos helpful, and best of luck to your son as he prepares to get his permit! 🚗✨
That’s great to hear you’re mastering everything! Best of luck on your road test on the 26th. If you have any last-minute questions or need any tips, feel free to ask. You’ve got this!
For your road test, always adhere to the posted speed limits. For example, if the speed limit is 50 km within a 10% You will be not penalized Good luck !
Hello, Great question! When doing a shoulder check, you should be looking over your shoulder to check your blind spot, which is an area not visible in your mirrors. This means you are looking towards the back corner of your car to ensure there are no vehicles, cyclists, or pedestrians in that space before changing lanes or making a turn. Safe driving!
I've watched a few of your videos and one thing that jumped at me is that you're not teaching your students how to correctly stop at "STOP" signs. They're stopping right at the sign, when they should stop at the point of maximum visibility which is slightly farther, right to the corner of the intersection.
Thank you for your feedback! You're correct that there are different stopping positions for "STOP" signs. While it's essential to stop at the stop line or sign if marked, if there's no line, drivers should stop where they have the best visibility of oncoming traffic, which is often slightly farther ahead near the corner of the intersection. We'll make sure to emphasize this in future videos.

@AbdulswamadByamukama-pk2ms You don't have to come to a complete stop at a give way sign if there's no traffic or pedestrians around. However, you should slow down as you approach the sign to ensure you have enough time to check for any incoming vehicles or pedestrians before proceeding.
When doing parallel parking, it's best to use your right turn signal (blinker) to indicate your intention to pull over to the curb. Using hazards is generally not necessary unless you are stopping in a hazardous situation or obstructing traffic, which shouldn't be the case during parallel parking if done correctly.
