Hi sister it’s called a arsi payasam in Tamil . All the Indians call this kheer in different names. I love you Thapa sister down to the earth character. In UK these loosu English people have this as rice pudding and we get this in all shops here.
First add milk in the vessel and then switch on the stove. Otherwise if vessel gets hot first , the moment you add milk, the milk will get burnt and the burnt smell will be there in the kheer
