How to ADD and EMBED a Form on Your Canva Website

- You can do SO MUCH with a website on Canva!!! But some of the tools can be confusing to navigate. We created this video in response to your question about how to embed or add a Google Form or Typeform form into your Canva Website. Thank you so much for making these videos! For awhile, I've had a Canva website because of it's user-friendliness and no-cost option for nonprofits. But all I've really had was 1 long page. Did you actually get this to work with Typeform? I can't find any Embed Html features to embed a form on Canva website and searches are telling me Typeform was removed before the date of your post.
Sorry just realized you were talking about Typform link. Not sure about that yet.
Got it! Create and publish your Typeform, copy URL of your published form and Paste in Embedded in Canva BOOM!

Do Canva websites allows ads to be placed on them for monetization purposes?
It does not work. I receive errror message regarding the link despite I used short , long even created another form. Not sure why.

How can you embed something using HTML? Like an audio player using ? There is a Code Format app, which seems to have every language but HTML.

Can payments be made via a Canva website ? And is it trustworthy?
Hi there! It is not impossible, but its not easy. At this time, there is no built in integration with payment systems like Stripe or Square. You would have to use the payment/checkout features in Stripe or Square to set up products, create a payment link and add that link to a button on the canva website. So you're not using "canva" to accept payments, but Stripe/Square/Paypal.

This isn't working? Is there any other way I can add a form to my canva website? Canva isn't even accepting google form link saying it doesn't exist

Very helpful thank you. I embedded my google forms link onto canva but I get a message in red saying 'We have encountered an error with the link provided. It may be invalid or unsupported. Please check the link and try again'- what do I do next?

I also am encountering the same issue.
Unfortunately this didn't work for me, i asked Canvas chat AI for assistance too and it said "unfortunately, as far as I know, you can't directly embed a link into a Canva website."

So I ran into the same issue and found out that it was Google Form's sharing permission that was causing it. To solve it, you have to go to the top of the form, there's an option that says "Settings" Click on that and under "Responses" turn off "Restrict to users in..." and that should do the trick!
google form embed link does not work. I dont know what to do. canva does not have support other than ai chat.

In the Google Form, go to the top where it says "Settings", click on it, and below "Responses", disable "Restrict to users in..." and that should work!

Hello! There is no fee or charge for SEO; however it is very basic and does not give you alot of flexibility for keywords and phrases. Hope that helps! Thanks for watching!

Did you actually get this to work with Typeform recently? I can't find any Embed Html features to embed a form on Canva website and searches are telling me Typeform connectivity was removed. Seems there are zero forms that will work now, is this right?
Hi there - as other comments indicate, Typeform is no longer an option in Canva Apps. According to Typeform's support page, Canva made an architectural change that would have forced Typeform to redesign their app, which they weren't willing to do. On the bright side, Google Forms does still work, we just tried on our test site! Thanks for watching and commenting!
Am I able to remove my email address and "switch account" line or do you have a workaround for that?
Hi there - you have to "Disable autosave for all respondents" under the Settings option of Google Forms.

If you open your website on another browser where you're not signed into google, your name and details won't be present at the top of the form. It's only because you're logged into google on that browser :)
Is there any way for the form to pop up? I don't want it on the webpage permanently.
Hi there - we contacted Canva support just to be sure, and they confirmed a "pop up" is not yet possible with a canva website.

Typeform isn’t downloading
Yeah the embed clearly does not work for many things. I tried to embed a simple twine story and it just gives me error messages
Just recorded a walkthrough yesterday - still works fine for us! Did you try Google Forms? All good on our end. where ya located?

The great question of all question is how to add a contact form where you can actualy can send a question. :D
Hello! If you're using Google Forms, for e.g. you can enable notifications be sent to an email when a response is received. If we're not understanding your question, leave more details.

I can't add a form on my Canva site where people can ask a guestion directly. It should arrive on my gmail. But I really think Canva don't offer this option - to add such interactive contact form.

Its not working gives error
Hi there - we've found that when the Google form requires sign-in, this is what causes an 'invalid link' error to happen. On the Settings of the Google form, under Responses, make sure "requires sign in" is not enabled. Thanks for watching!
No, Google Forms is not compatible anymore.
Hmm...we tested it just the other day in response to a comment that Typeform was not compatible any more - which is indeed the case. Our test was successful to display a form and have the responses collected in G. Forms.
