The sad thing I think is, people are willing to suffer a bad economy than vote in someone who is not of their tribe to do a better job. Its a state of the mind, that some tribalistic pple seek, not a better country. They would rather have someone of their tribe in power and that would give them piece of mind no matter the state of the economy. But then again, what is the guarantee that someone of another tribe will do a better job?

More that half the businesses in Nairobi are owned by foreigners, they are slowly buying land in Nairobi, the cost of living is going up pushing the regular mwananchi back to the villages or the ghettos. The country is moving backwards without its citizens realizing. I've met so many people in the States who rave how they or their friends have businesses in Nairobi and love it (ofcourse) yet the people back home are crying of poverty #smh
