That issue regarding the emergency number is real. I once called when the building next to ours was on fire. That is exactly what happened. Nobody answered it. It got disconnected. Very sad state. I called Red Cross emergency number that I got from a whatsapp group and got help. Serious issues must be addressed!!!

Use 112 for emergencies. They always answer, last time I checked. And the number works in/from any country in the world.
