Since I absolutely love to play Hover (only on the test server though), I can confirm that this has been a thing for a very very long time. Also, here's a little trick : If you let yourself fall on the floor but you spam the ability button right before touching the floor, it'll make you jump and you can hover again !
I used hover and flying like this to capture beacons before I got a Skyros. I used cloaking, anticontrol and last stand modules on the hover to do that
You faced Adrian calling himself nowdays Owies (To disguise himself) and he killed you with his Rook titan. BTW he was on live stream and was surprised when noticed your hover.
I remember that the hover was my i think second robot i was grinding opponents for after the kumiho... i was so happy when I got it back then i was exited to be able to fly in the game, it was a first back then
Try traditionalist luchador on the test server with all the defense skills + 2 repair amplifier and 2 damage controller. This thing is a beast, you can't use your jump but you're so tanky you can 1v3 titans without using reflector. And it get even crazier if you use the roulette battleship with double durability extender. But this thing is slow as heck.
I think predator should do a old school hangar like T2 bots/blue bots and see how it perform on robots these days , cuz I recently see predator always posting this old bots being revived.
I knew that 2 years ago, but that can't make any benefit in the battles. It is just a funny secret. Now, Pixo may find and regard as a bug, then dismiss that. Because Pixo hates players are happy with a free way.
there's a bug to this Hover when u spam ur skill when ur about to land on the ground, ur gonna shoot urself again high up, u just gotta time ur skill and landing, so that's why u should spam ur skill when ur about to land
The Hover its actually stronger than the Fafnir this way since the in-built weapon of the Fafnir only has 350m range, so having more altitude and more firepower makes the Hover better... just dont get sniped lol

You always had the ability to fly for as long as you wanted. There was and still there is a loophole that if you keep spamming the hover ability, you can fly forever. But do not hold the ability button down. However this might affect aiming for mobile users.
Have y’all tried the Ravana I don’t know how I did it but I went infinite with the ability so I went permanent invincibility but I could still deal damage , didn’t try to replicate cuz I’m afraid of getting banned anyone else done it?
Since you play on PC, you can use a macro or script that auto-clicks the hover button. LDplayer has a built-in 'macro' option in its button mapping and it's great for clicking quickly without getting your fingers tired.
throw jump into the mix and you will fly across every single map in the game....if we just had a pilot for it that eiter made use of steath or phase shif while in flight this bot would pwn everything imho

This may be called a glitch because it is not the intended specification, but it is a forgivable glitch considering that the hover is an old aircraft that was passionately loved by some. He is right, if used incorrectly, it is a floating target with no means of self-defense.
(time stamp 1:35) next time jus walk off the edge and activate your jets, dont jump...in a battle that would open you up to incoming fire more...all i use are HOVERs...and have gotten pretty fluent with them if you would ever like some pointers and some inside info on HOVER ONLY places on some maps id love to share my learned HOVER knowledge...lil taste of what im talkn about is this--> did you know on the bridge beacon on CASTLE map (beacon C) you can grab and hold the beacon from UNDER the bridge...not the lower level but actually UNDER the bridge...yup...and your almost completely hidn from enemy fire...plus its great to watch SCORPs port in behind ya and fall into the river lmao!! CLASSIC!! Just another tidbit of advice with HOVERs...its the only flyer YOU choose the altitude...stop flyn at altitude and start flyn at ground level (skimming the ground...map of the earth flyn)...keeps your speed up and your no more a target than anyone else really...only grab altitude if you mean to go over something ;)...

does anyone know why my mars robot only launches the mini robot just a few feet in front of me its at level 4 with no pilot do you need to have a pilot to launch it farther or a higher level because it does no launch very fay when walking forward and I launch it it goes backwards behind me. anyone know why?

I ran my hover for like 2 years, and once atomizer and quarker came out that's what I ran on it
