I also have my realme 9 pro + and i can say that this phone is worth it about it's price, the camera is so fascinating amazing and also the performance is not to good but also is it not so bad( gaming performance is good, but sometimes there are uhm just little framedrops) if I will gonna rate this phone I will pass 10/10

I don't find this as sulit for the asking price. I mean, what's the point of trading battery charge for a higher refresh rate if it doesn't get utilised for gaming? That's the main purpose of better refresh rates to begin with-to give some kind of edge on gaming-the bragging rights and browsing benefits only come in second. The haptics is a good trade off, even for the lack of storage expandability. Back aesthetics, superb display, OIS, front shooter, and headphone jack are the noteworthy points. Had it come with an IP rating of some sort, optical zoom, and sensible implementation of that higher refresh rate, I would have loved this model. Sayang, inabangan ko pa naman talaga. Let's see how much it would cost a quarter or two from now.
I really don't mind the slightly slower charging speed as it lasts my phone battery longer for years. Naka 30w yung phone ko but i usually use a slower charger or a different cable (para di gumana fast charging capabilites) pag nasa bahay lang ako buong araw. The fact this thing has a Sony IMX766 makes it a good deal and especially that GCam ports exist. This is meant to be an all-rounder phone. Tapos its up to game developers if they want to implement high refresh rate on a specific model, kung yan ang hinahanap mo then you should probably look at gaming phones. I do agree na its slightly overpriced. You can get a Nord 2, Xiaomi 11T, Poco F3 and the GT Neo 2 sa ganyan na price caliber.
