This movie. I just came back from cinema. I love it. This is more than reboot. Their relationship is more realistic. We have his backstory. He is singing. And there is a scene when their are dancing with locals. It is so colorful. She is taking action at the end. And there is OG Ariel Jodie Benson in there!!

Amazing video!!! I just saw the movie tonight and wanted to see who had hopped on the editing train already haha. For the movie being so new, you did a great job; also, intermixing certain scenes that weren’t in the movie was brilliant! I feel like you capture so many wonderful moments from the film. One of my favorite parts of the video was 1:29 when everyone was shocked or disgusted by Ariel turning back into a mermaid, but Eric only held her closer to protect her. It was so brilliantly edited! Keep up the good work friend ☺️

Awwww thank u so much for your long comment I'm crying, there're lots of edits on twitter but most of them are short ones and I'M HUNGRY FOR CONTENTS so guess I'd do it myself, piratebay footages are a pain to work with, the colourgrading as well as cropping out the advertisement logo (i need to timetravel to whenever the bluray is released), i added the extra scenes cauz I'm actually really surprise how the film version was much more truthful to Andersen's text in spirit, the queer theme and image as well as Ariel's pursuit and salvation (an earthly one instead of a religious one as in Anderson's), so i wanted to add some extra scenes (like the blood-ish bubbles) to fit that atmosphere, and yes that's my favourite eric scene as well!!!!! Like I'm sorry but after this animatic!eric you're nothing🔪
