Its good to have some filler videos in between the docs. By the way now that is a hot topic, would you like making a video about the LCS World's Exodus. That would be interesting. thanks gbay you are the goat.
@Ghandi kun K'sante is pretty much unbeatable in lane in every rank, but in higher ranks falls off after laning phase. He has like a 60% laning phase winrate in every rank and then a sub-50% winrate overall after laning phase.
I mean that's definitely one way to do it. Looking back to when I played league alot vs now where I don't play anymore I can defienlty say it puts thing into perspective. I still like tft though.
I'm gonna be a 🤓, and this isn't shade towards gbay or you in any way, but editing in bits from "the future" isn't really new or innovative, as many people who do videos in the same style as gbay do similar things when appropriate. That said, it is in fact a cool idea, and of course, much better than if he just showed the gameplay and maybe said a couple of things after that. 👍
i don't think you have any experience recovering from addiction. its insane to say that the recovery processes for all types of addiction are the same experience. most recovering drug users ive talked to have told me that it gets easier with time and better decisions/environment, but obviously everyone has a different life experience. if you truly did express your experience recovering from addiction then it sucks you feel this way, but you should have the understanding that other recovering users might have a different experience. it is extremely disrespectful to these other recovering users to say that you have a complete understanding of what they are going through
really love this style. feels to me like youve finally found your footing. its just so natural and seamless. video just feels really really good to watch you know. can see myself coming back to this over the years.
One thing that surprised me when I came back to League after a longer hiatus (and the same thing happened in CSGO too) is how good the playerbase has become. Back then people in Bronze, Silver and even Gold were playing like 3 year olds. You could get away with anything. These days even in Bronze people are actually like... decent? They understand fundamental concepts of how a video game works? Now that's new!
Thats how competitive games work. The Diamond of the first season is the silver of the 10th season. Best example for that is Fortnite (yea i know): Without an opinion about the game, you can clearly see how player standards went up. In season 1 nobody was able to place a single wall. Now they build a whole castle when you hit em once. Thats the same in league, yet league is way more complex. But if you see it mechanical wise even bronze players are able to do a clean insec on Lee Sin. I think you get what i mean xd
Big true. I think for those of us that started in the early days of LoL, even the concept of a Moba was foreign to most people back then. It's a very popular and understood game type now. Back then in bronze, sure they were level 30 but they still hadn't even so much as seen this type of gameplay until a month previous to hitting 30. Playing a new season now is like a new call of duty coming out, everybody has played a shooter by now. There's a general level of competency these days. Even if they are new to league, they have played smite or Dota or something similar.
REFRESHING perspective of league of legends! Love that you are seeing the fun in it and enjoying league for what it is. Major kudos to another banger vid from Gbay and GL on the rift
Well to be fair, this is experience of average top laner. I've lost so many games because the rest of my team can't help but int before objectives are up. There's nothing you can change in those kind of games.
I haven't watched a gbay video in 2-3 years since I quit league myself. I got hit by so much nostalgia watching this. Probably won't return to league myself but it's great to know gbay is still doing content, and apparently never stopped. If only youtube would promote your documentaries to me I'd watch them
I’ve been real nostalgic about league recently I quit in 2019 which was almost 5ish years ago. I don’t regret it at all and my mind has been so much better I got a a job, and now I have a car even. League really messed me up. I’ve been playing single player games since! It feels much more rewarding tbh.
When he said "Let's go! I missed this game!" it hit me like a truck of nostalgia when I was just a little baby League player watching Gbay99 years ago.
Gbay this video kinda hit me hard. I started watching your videos like 10 years ago with your art of war series. I fell in love with your videos and played league religiously back then. I live in Germany and made friends across the whole country. Over the years we all kinda left because life happened, but still we stayed in touch. I went to birthdays, weddings and visited the kids of the people i met back then. Now after a break of around 5 years we all started playing again and we actually have a blast. Even if we loose (and we loose a lot lel) we still have fun and laugh together. I am so happy i started playing back in closed beta 2009 and met those people and also you! Seeing you enjoying it again kinda made me nostalgic and emotional. Love your content and you as person
I myself have started to play again 2 months ago, after a 2 year break, and as a Gbay watcher way back in the day (before irelia rework), I goddamn felt these emotions you were having, especially in that jax game. It ran a shiver of nostalgia down my spine and bring me close to tears. I randomly got a Gbay video in my recommendations after like 4 years of not seeing you, and knowing that you are still around was a daymaker for me. you are a big cornerstone of positivity in the community, now just like then, no matter in which form you participate. Thank you man.
Honestly, this was so fun to see. You didn't seem like you wanted to burn your house or your teammates houses down, and you giggled a little. Awesome to see you come back even a little Gbay!!
15:30 This is why i stopped playing on pc. The games can last an hour and the last 30 minutes are just deflecting attacks and scaling to your opponent as best as possible, and if you can't then you're just accepting for 20 minutes that you're awful
There's that feeling when you see two superheros whose origin stories you know team up on screen and that's how I felt seeing you play league again, you learned things that we as the audience learned previously and it just makes us smile
That conclusion is bang on. A big life lesson I took from a youth playing competitive games is, when you fail, the only aspect you really have control over is yourself. Reflect, learn, improve. Carried that into the rest of my life and have seriously benefit from it.
i started playing end of season 2, took my first extended break for all of 2023, came back for season 14 because seeing Faker and SKT on top again sparked it in me in terms of the gameplay itself, League is objectively in the best state it's ever been in League of Legends as a whole is like playing a From Soft game in which you are the player character but you are also the final boss; it's special because there is nothing like it
I'm so happy you were able to play again! I was so heartbroken when you made your first video on the topic. Your videos always make me happy and get me excited for things I would otherwise never have known of or batted an eye at. Thanks for sharing this experience with us, it made my day, and may you have a wonderful life full of happiness.
The game is better than it's ever been, the community is worse than it's ever been. We've all been playing this game for 10 years with constant highs and really low-lows and most of us either can't or won't quit, thus leading to so much overwhelming frustration. This is still the same game we all fell in love with so many years ago. Loved the video!
yeah you can really tell who's new to the game based on how they talk about it. Because people have *always* been shitting on the game, it's devs, and the players in it since like season 3. The game is inherently frustrating because it's not fun to lose but 5 people have to lose in every match. Then people take that frustration and lash out at whoever they think is responsible for it. But just so we're clear, this game died when they released zed and the mid mage meta started shifting. If you joined after that point you've never played the actual good version of league.
@@creativecredence850 "The game died in Season 2" is what you're saying? Don't get me wrong. I've played since the beta, and loved Season 2 for what it was, but saying the game died then is just categorically untrue. It's grown quite a lot in popularity since, and there have been many seasons greater than S2. I barely even play anymore, but it's still much better than it was back in the day lol
What... whats this, a happy objectively positive league video... god i love this, i sick of people just doing negative shit and acting like league is just awful as they play their 5th game in a row; great video, very nostalgic
Idk, the game feels stagnant to me. I also stopped playing a few months ago and I don't feel like I missed anything. Personally I'd like to come back to a reworked game engine that allows you to use more than 2 processor cores, maybe some updated graphics and some actually new interesting mechanics. This years season was basically a QoL update and some balancing and that's it. Nothing more nothing less. I won't deny that I could still be having fun in the game, but not for more than a few matches a month maybe.
Some recommendations for other positive League content creators that I have been enjoying lately :) For Fun Squad The Sweats TC Zwag (sometimes tilted but mostly positive) and Woody Fruity
He just didn't play enough + even as someone who hasn't played for years, he'll still naturally be much better than bronze players who don't know the basics so it's gonna be the equivalent of smurfing. Wait till (or more like IF) he plays a bit more to get somewhat closer to what he was (think it was high plat, so with 2years break + all the changes, let's say somewhere around gold rn) , and I expect rage galore. Wait till he encounters all the overloaded new champs added xD cause if that one 1st, pretty balanced & chill game was getting him frustrated, then oh boy...
i just recently returned to league after having not played since 2015 after having played for 5 years. my experience was quite similar to yours. in that i had ot consumed any LoL content during my hiatus. I loved the mix of emotions from starting that first game only to realize how much the game has changed from items and and new and overhauled champions. its the same and different. and still equally as great. Playing a couple months now and absolutely enjoying this game all over again.
I love to see you back again, you were always my favourite League youtuber. I think the documentaries were a wonderful way for you to broaden your content, but I really do miss these just "hey lets play league" videos. Don't get too invested though, have fun and thank you for making content for us :)
I did the same thing. I started playing again last season right before season 2024. This was after I played in 2022. The game is much better, and the new features are cool too. Pinging for objectives is very helpful now that it adds the pop up. Also the new ping options can be helpful for telling your teammates your intentions more clearly. This season has been a bit different, but the changes are always interesting and refreshing.
It's so great and refreshing to see someone genuinely respect the work Riot does and enjoying the game. Because nowadays, the most league content I see, and the most popular ones are the drama and LoL flaws videos or posts. So most youtubers are scared of making videos about goods of LoL bcs they either will get less views or people will just hate on them. Thank you again, that was a great video and I hope your new experience in LoL was/will be great
Well, imagine those who didn’t take a break and all these “quality of life” communication update dropped while certain champions still dominate/too strong of course they’ll bitch at riot for not solving the main issue at hand and giving players these consolation updates that do nothing ingame. Of course taking a break you can appreciate all that now but in the moment riots priorities where fucked and still is in some aspects.
@@Toos368 Wish it was a game for kids nobody tryna enter the steep learning curve LoL has compared to popular multiplayer games 😂😂 I see the game caused you great distress though to the point where your sanity was consumed and after finding it you want to warn others not to end up like you or some. I can never say I'm happy to see someone return to league, but hey. I'm glad you're back nonetheless. I hope the time you spent away can teach you anew how to enjoy the game, make the most of it, and most importantly, have fun with it.
Half way in, honestly vibing to your reaction as I returned back after not playing since 2020 not long after January and I basically had the same reaction you had about the hidden names in lobby, the notification for objectives, etc. I really found that what used to be "off meta" picks to be fustrating to match up against, as they're now the ""meta""". I also didn't know what mythic items were..! Watching you play this really makes me happy to see that I wasn't the only one who actually saw positivity in the new changes... I always remember having those tiring arguments with my friends over league where they go, "This is the worst it's ever been!" kind of arguments and how they wanted to switch to Dota or HOTS... Honestly, it's hard to argue with those vocal complaints, and the reasons they come up with are always things where I go, "Well it used to be like that, but they tried to adjust X or Y" and... overall as you said, it's just frustrating to lose, and people use that as a fuel for fire to blame the changes for your performance. I dunno how to word it without comments lynching me, but Riot's done a great job at keeping to what the core "League Of Legends" is like without completely throwing it into a generic MOBA, it's still a good definition of a MOBA game. The changes they made only encourage more playstyles for the player, you can play singed in most lanes except ADC currently, you can play shaco top, mid jung, support... There's just so much variety in the game much more than what was before, and yet.. Players will use statistics to predict wins, but, the game isn't a stat box, it's the player, the player needs to be good to get results, and thus, the player can choose the playstyle they can perform best on, and get wins..! I play support Rell most of the time now as I go fill, and just feed constantly by dying all the time going in, but because my champ is so good for CC, and I get the item which increases damage for enemies I attack, I'm a focus in teamfights due to how much CC I do, and it helps cause their teamfights to crumble, and I help win the game in that way. I don't actually have to be good at other skillsets, such as map awareness and whatnot if I focus entirely on ruining their teamfights later on in the game... People are just too.. "handbook" focused, I think, trying to play the game by the rules they've built in their internal handbook, and share a lot of criticism over decisions and such. Though it's hard to see how people would think, especially while in a game, you can't see the person's face, where they look, what they say, just the character moving on where the player right clicked.. So it really is just something Riot cannot fix, however they're being more enforcing of it, which I'm glad, I'm tired of games which don't have enough moderation after being marketed as a teen game. Imagine having a teenager play league of legends, and they learn all sorts of insults early on. Riot's games shouldn't be the ones the kids learn that from. (and before you say CoD, its rated as an 18+ game, they shouldn't play it lmao). Thanks for my ted talk, just honestly blurting out my opinions in the comments as if anyone even reads these lol
dude, I'm also coming back after several years off (with the occasional Worlds stream thrown in), and it's just as fun as it always was for me. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I feel this so much... I have been addicted to league (since S2) especially in tough times irl (break ups, school stress, job stress, family issues). League feels like the only thing I'm decent at and resilient in. When you phrased it that it mirrors life in way now I'm starting to believe I can have that attitude irl too.
Man, as a player who started playing during beta on and off until now, I remember watching your very first vids way back then. This vid suddenly appeared in my YT feed, and it gave me a really nostalgic feeling.
This was cool to see, as someone who just constantly plays patch after patch you never really think of how much has changed as a whole. I hope your hand is doing better, and maybe we get to see more Gbay gameplay in the future.
I jumped back in the game myself recently. And it's a weird feeling isn't it? Nostalgic, familiar, but also bittersweet. If you go on a long streak of not playing it and you come back you realize that if toxicity comes up, it's 100% coming from inside you, not the game. You also realize how you changed as a person and how it affects you in-game. I noticed myself when i had toxic outbursts i wasn't doing well. I think this applies to everyone going on the path of insanity, example: Shaclone.
5:26, what a legend. I just noticed you have the full Calvin & Hobbes collection. That box is so familiar to me because I've had it for most of my life, much respect!
I just get rid of League after I stopped my life for 2 months and grind until challenger, after getting it I became a free human, didn't think it was possible 👍
I'm so happy for you Gbay, your videos are always a high point of my day. I praise you since you've shifted the focus of this channel into documentaries and it's something I take inspiration from to make my own content. You have a way of crafting your storytelling that makes them SO relatable. Thank you for your content ♥
"You stabbed the devil in the back and forced him back into the life that he had just left. You incinerated the priest's temple. Burned it to the ground. What do you think he'll do? He had a glimpse of the other side and he embraced it. But you, Yourself... took it away from him." -Winston
As someone who watched your old and new content religiously, it’s super fun to see you return to the game. Would love to see you make more content down this road if you feel inspired.
You either die sober, or see yourself live long enough to return to League! I loved this video and hope you can manage to come back with a healthy relationship with the game
I played almost every single day from beta til like season 9, but finally had enough and walked away. I used to watch all your videos though and was blown away to see your name as I was scrolling through my feed just now. I was like “I KNOW I like that guy, but I can’t even remember what his voice sounds like” and had to check out this video. So cool to see you out there. Cheers for the memories
I like having that self reflection halway thru game too lol It feels bad to go over things in hindsight but eh sometimes we push thru sometimes we get rolled.
this is like watching a veteran athlete slowly remembering and gaining back his skills in what he used to do. Remembering what it feels like back then when you were young. It's a nice video. I hope you're doing great now.
You were one of the 1st TH-camrs I followed when I also started playing league a decade ago 😅 I also recently came back sober and had the exact same rollercoaster of emotions. It was like an old friend with some new tricks up his sleeves, yet the fun of rediscovering the antics felt nostalgic. League is life , there will always be toxic people on any platform/game where there is competition, yet we grow and improve everytime we challenge ourselves with ONE MORE.
I loved this video. I don't play league really any more myself. However once or twice a year I will play for a couple weeks or so, and it is always a blast. Everything in moderation I suppose :)
I remember watching your How to Stop Losing Streaks video a long time ago. That video really changed my inner perspective and how I saw competition generally speaking at the time. Nice to see that you have been going through awesome stuff lately.
Leauge is just too much for us people who actually try to make a living. Getting good at the game isn't worth your sanity and lower standard of living. I got interested in season 12 and I just deleted my account and uninstalled the game. I'm gonna have my mortgage paid off in less than a month and thank not letting league dominate my life. I've been able to use that time to do other things for extra income and can't wait to start saving like nobody's business.
I occasionally find myself watching a new channel's video by chance and very rarely enjoying it. You are one of them. Thank you for filling my time with a positive time.
I had a somewhat similar experience coming back to league after a 6 year break and finding that, even with the reworks to items, champions, and even core elements like the map and drakes, not that much had really changed. Still saw a lot of the same champions going to the same lanes, playing the game in the same way, and even occasionally building many of the same items. Felt weirdly familiar, despite the completely new items and champions thrown into the mix, since often times even the most out there new champion shares a playstyle with some familiar ones. Biggest change was that the players somehow felt more toxic. Still, while I did have fun, I ended up stopping again after less than a week cause all it really did was remind me why there are other games i like more.
"Biggest change was that the players somehow felt more toxic." - I found out that I'm a type of person who dwelled on that as well. For far greater amount of scenarios I was getting more and more frustrated even when I told myself to keep my cool. It all changed drastically when I've started limiting the chat myself with an option that you can only chat with the people you party up with. This changed everything. The client right now even informs you that you're alone in your channel so nobody sees what you're typing. I can still vent out emotions by writing what I usually do (call that flaming, sure) but then I realise that's stupid. You can't imagine how much it decreased the amount of things I write, I started focusing on my game plan and on improvements I can make game to game. Reached the rank I always wanted to (plat) by slowly eliminating mistake after mistake.
When you don't actually see or experience toxicity it's easier to focus on what's imporant. Assume everyone's toxic. When someone spam-pings you it's a clear indication for me that this person's ping won't bring any noticeable value into the match. I can mute him. Also I tend to abuse the /mute all command where it just leaves you alone with the game. Coordinating the game with your teammates may be a bit harder, they can still see your pings though. If you see them not reacting to the plays you want to make, learn to let go. Take your time, farm, gain levels, optimize your gold and buildpath, then when the time comes team starts to commit to things, join them and try to play around your champ's strengths in the given moment of time to capitalize on the enemies (ult, summs, level advantage etc).
Awesome video. I had a similar experience after a break. Now I only play on my days off and only 4-5 games and then back to real life. League is always gonna hold a spot in my heart, I just won't ever get addicted to the point I was in the past. Such a fun game.
Gbay you should check out Gwen if you haven't already, she's one of the newer champions that has came out recently and IMO she plays a bit like old Irelia. (The ult is borderline the same thing). I think Gwen is a ton of fun to play
Even if the game gets a lot of hate, i genuinely love it! It's not the game. It's the community. If you're a toxic player, it ain't the game. I've met really cool people through this game, and have lost some too, but that's life. You win some, you lose some.
Welcome back brother, I did the exact same thing and moved on to other games. But I eventually started playing again and it's been a good time. I missed watching you every day.
Despite it being such a running Joke in our community that everyone would be better off without League, I'm happy that there are people like you out there willing to say that League is a good game, just that focusing on the wrong things will suck all the fun out of it.
Hot damn, I almost missed this upload! After watching your videos all the way from Art of War-series, I still feel like your League-content is the League-content I liked watching the most. Thank you for this experience once again! Looking forward to your next documentaries!
I cant help but always think league is the single most balanced game I have ever played outside of board games like chess or pure chance games. I really never understand just like statistically how people think league is so unbalanced.

I finally hit my breaking point last year with this game. I came within 2 wins of my goal, only to have 2 games in a row where my team was absolutely gigastomping only for someone to int and grief hard enough to make us lose. I broke a piece of my equipment, said I hit my goal then and there, and instead of a plaque to show for it I keep the broken piece of equipment in my room as a reminder of what this game can turn me into. To this day I sometimes get the itch to come back to the game, and I check that shelf to remind me why I don't. Because man is it fun...but man is it frustrating.
Between Delta Fox returning today and your upload, it felt like I was transported back to my early high school days watching all of these - thanks for upload Gbay; I've watched you for long and it's nice to see drastic improvement in your attitude towards the game & also the quality of editing It's a positive spark in between these tough weeks and this has been a pleasant surprise of an upload

Dude your videos used to be the highlight to week. I’ve learned how to get out of bronze because of you. I don’t enjoy league near as much as I did back in 2012. But man I love you as a creator. So glad we growled up together
I like how you showed a lot of the game you lost versus the one you didn't. You didn't just brush your first game off and show the other one where you did really well, but instead made a very good video where you reflected on it instead.
Two new documentaries are currently in the works, but I wanted to make a few smaller fun videos in the meantime. Hope you guys enjoy!

Probably won't return to league myself but it's great to know gbay is still doing content, and apparently never stopped. If only youtube would promote your documentaries to me I'd watch them
I didn't even realise I was wathicng gbay till the very end. Oh man so many memories!
I was recently binging your older videos. As fun and entertaining as they were, you have come a long way as a content creator. Love your work goldbay
That's a sign of maturity and peace of mind something lots of league playerers should learn
That is how it is at first, slowly it will become less and less fun like with every addiction
@@Sharigloo I mean, I think the entry mindset is important. Especially being a relatively new player myself.
Give it a month, he has shot himself in the foot and will look upon this as a very poor decision
Yeah because he played only 2 games xD

This is why i stopped playing on pc. The games can last an hour and the last 30 minutes are just deflecting attacks and scaling to your opponent as best as possible, and if you can't then you're just accepting for 20 minutes that you're awful
The return of Goldbay99. Welcome back, sir. What a joy to watch.
Thing is that in the rest of your life there is no ELO system, so you can farm noobs endlessly.
i started playing end of season 2, took my first extended break for all of 2023, came back for season 14 because seeing Faker and SKT on top again sparked it in me
in terms of the gameplay itself, League is objectively in the best state it's ever been in
League of Legends as a whole is like playing a From Soft game in which you are the player character but you are also the final boss; it's special because there is nothing like it
I'm so happy you were able to play again!
Ahahahha better than its ever been LMAO
🤡
Well said, exactly agree!
yeah you can really tell who's new to the game based on how they talk about it.
Bro. ¿Qué haces acá?
Idk, the game feels stagnant to me. I also stopped playing a few months ago and I don't feel like I missed anything. Personally I'd like to come back to a reworked game engine that allows you to use more than 2 processor cores, maybe some updated graphics and some actually new interesting mechanics. This years season was basically a QoL update and some balancing and that's it. Nothing more nothing less. I won't deny that I could still be having fun in the game, but not for more than a few matches a month maybe.
Some recommendations for other positive League content creators that I have been enjoying lately :)
For Fun Squad
The Sweats
TC Zwag (sometimes tilted but mostly positive)
and Woody Fruity
He just didn't play enough + even as someone who hasn't played for years, he'll still naturally be much better than bronze players who don't know the basics so it's gonna be the equivalent of smurfing.
Wait till (or more like IF) he plays a bit more to get somewhat closer to what he was (think it was high plat, so with 2years break + all the changes, let's say somewhere around gold rn) , and I expect rage galore. Wait till he encounters all the overloaded new champs added xD cause if that one 1st, pretty balanced & chill game was getting him frustrated, then oh boy...
lol LOL is trash and i have been sober for 4 years now
i just recently returned to league after having not played since 2015 after having played for 5 years. my experience was quite similar to yours. in that i had ot consumed any LoL content during my hiatus.

That is Enough Grass touching for you.

Nice try, GBay, but no, thanks!
Thanks for the good video and an epic speech at the end, was glad to see you again! :)
This vid suddenly appeared in my YT feed, and it gave me a really nostalgic feeling.
poor gbay didn't realize they actually changed jax for the first time since season 1
Just hearing the caster saying “your inhibitor has been destroyed” got me ptsd, 7 years sober and counting
great video gbay, glad to see your Irelia in the rift again
Thats one thing ill never do again (playing league) and its 100% because of the community
This is real ^
Glad you're feeling happy and healthy from the break from the game. I think you were expecting too much of yourself this first match!

Glad to see you back mate, kudos!!
I can't grind this game anymore I need to focus on grinding IRL
The day this video came out is literally my one year anniversary of quitting. 1 year sober wish me luck 💪
I just get rid of League after I stopped my life for 2 months and grind until challenger, after getting it I became a free human, didn't think it was possible 👍
I'm so happy for you Gbay, your videos are always a high point of my day. You have a way of crafting your storytelling that makes them SO relatable. Thank you for your content ♥

As someone who watched your old and new content religiously, it’s super fun to see you return to the game. Would love to see you make more content down this road if you feel inspired.
The day no one is around to proclaim League is dead, then I will know it is truly gone
You either die sober, or see yourself live long enough to return to League! I loved this video and hope you can manage to come back with a healthy relationship with the game
I always thought gbay would return tbh. When you quit because of wrist damage instead of psychological reasons, the hunger always remains.
Noone ever quits their main game, only take breaks.
Embrace, adapt, overcome.
Babe wake up, new Gbay99 video!
Addicts are like a true Christian couple: "to death do us part"
I also quit almost 2 years ago, but I'm sure as shit not coming back ever
That monologue at end was glorious Gbay. Couldn't have said it better myself.
I don’t think people got more toxic I think people just got more sensitive.
This video was such a treat to watch
i remember watching the daily ranked climb streams, feels like forever ago. crazy to see you back in the saddle lol
Nice to hear you havent been drinking for 2 years! Alcohol is a problem that can destroy your life!
Gbay you should check out Gwen if you haven't already, she's one of the newer champions that has came out recently and IMO she plays a bit like old Irelia. (The ult is borderline the same thing). I think Gwen is a ton of fun to play
Gwen is immune
doesn't play league for 2 years, immediately starts inting people in ranked, yep, league never changes
Even if the game gets a lot of hate, i genuinely love it! It's not the game. It's the community. If you're a toxic player, it ain't the game. I've met really cool people through this game, and have lost some too, but that's life. You win some, you lose some.
In conclusion: League is fun when you win, and shit when you lose.
This was spectacular, as a fellow returning player I went through a similar experience just last month. Love the emotions you captured in this video.
Welcome back brother, I did the exact same thing and moved on to other games. But I eventually started playing again and it's been a good time. I missed watching you every day.

I like how you showed a lot of the game you lost versus the one you didn't. You didn't just brush your first game off and show the other one where you did really well, but instead made a very good video where you reflected on it instead.
