Im sorry to hear that, I lost my best friend that meant the world to me about a year ago and I still handle it pooryly. Losing someone close is something no one deserves to go through. I hope you are doing well. I couldnt imagine if I had lost someone after 31 years.
This one is so simple, yet so complex...like life. Tears begin to fall after just a couple of minutes and continued to full on sobbing. This 61 year old with an abused & neglected inner child wanted to take a break & stop the video and resulting tears of sadness/letting go at 1:22 minutes. Pushed on to the end and the tears continued to fall throughout. Praying for that breakthrough that will finally heal my damaged heart chakra and free me from a lifetime of emotional and physical pain including self doubt, anger, depression, migraines, chronic Lyme Disease and Morgellons disease. This video will become a regular part of my journey towards healing. Thank you for your beautiful, impactful work.

I felt the same way the moment I started playing this video. I slept with it and when I woke up, I felt this shift in my body as if I was no longer in control and the tears started coming out. Through my night, every time the solfège stopped, I woke up and played it again. I’ve been playing this piece for the past 3 days ever since I discovered it. It has changed my life, and healed my heart ♥️
As I lay here listening I find myself with tears rolling down my cheeks, I don’t know why it brings up this emotion. I’m new to this type of music.
This kind of music is sound healing/therapy; it helps move and release stuck energy (emotions) 😊 first couple times I did it; it would continuously make me cry because I had so much stagnant energy in my body. The music literally moves it. Cheers!

If there are millions of people on antidepressant and anxiety medication, then there are still millions of anxious and depressed people. Masking a symptom with a drug is not healing and so the fullness of the spirit and fruits of the spirit are lost and life looses joy and natural pleasure. This is why spiritism/pharmakia cannot enter the Kingdom of Heaven and neither can the sinners.
For Life in accord with God's promise for life we must walk in and by God's Spirit of altruistic Love for Life. God's #Loveisnotacortisol stress hormone and God's Love guides us away from the causes of stress hormones to allow our endorphins to flourish.

I wrote a poem for my brothers and sisters of the World, called it “Such”.
Such joy one could feel with persistence,
Bring that feeling into your existence.
Such happiness one could experience through the heart,
Reach for that energy within your soul to restart.
Such love one could find and keep forever,
Keep it near and dear and spread love whenever.
Such abundance one could be surrounded by,
Float through a heavenly state then fly.
Such peace one could achieve and hold onto,
A feeing of calmness can form too.
Such blessing one could gift to others,
A gift of helping your sisters and brothers.
Such beauty one could see and receive,
Like a beautiful mountain you may perceive.
Such light one could hold in the heart space,
You would imagine it came out of grace.
Such friendship one could share with a loved one,
A touch or a hug will go farther than any sun.
Such excitement one could find all throughout,
Following your passion which leads to a sacred route.
Such divinity one could remember and call,
To discover a connection to it all.

I've been experiencing depersonization for a few months. I haven't felt like myself, everything feels distant and I've felt like a robot. I've been trying to feel better and sometimes I feel myself again but it's not the same. I listened to this for ten minutes and I already feel my energy returning to me. I feel more like myself and excited for life again ❤

I can't tell you how helpful this music is to me right now...my boyfriend and I surrendered our 10 year relationship. While our hearts are broken, healing is also in process.
