Minds Eye Design What about the Tiger Provan?
Loved 😍 number 6! ☺️✝️🇺🇸
The most beautiful? The GMC..definitely!
Love the GMC motorhomes. Innovative and stylish. Decent power and front-wheel drive.
I believe they should be #1 On the list.
Design, innovation, ride comfort and horsepower nothing comes close to a gmc IMO
Absolutly
I still think there should be slightly smaller modern version of the GMC. Maybe with the Ford modular V8 fwd motor?
Volkswagen Westfslia, Commercial, and GMC were great way ahead of their times .
Always loved the Commer.
LOVED number 6! 😍✝️🇺🇸
Loved #3! GMC was so quintessential 70's:)
That Westmoreland is SOOOO beautiful
Love the westmorelands
I had a GMC motorhome matchbox when I was a child. I loved that thing! A policeman in our town had a Toyota chanook I loved that thing as well!
Loved the Commer, went all over Europe as a kid in one.
I had one, years ago. Loved it!
Loved seeing these older ones...I have a 76 Argosy 20 motor home that floats down the road, even when the 18 wheelers pass by.
Always liked the GMC Motorhome. Still looks Modern today . . .
Number three is my favorite. I have a 1978 GMC royale and I wouldn't have any other.
I JOINED THE ROYALE BAND WAGON. SOLID WALNUT CABINETRY, A BUILT IN COUNTER-TOP BLENDER...YOU HAVE TO LOVE IT, IT DRIVES LIKE A BIG VAN.
Yep bought one here downunder in February can't wait to renovate and enjoy
The Hanomag-Henschel Orion is a dream of a vintage campervan. Especially the later models with Mercedes Diesel engines...
I need to make a video, using just the still shots I have, of my Hanomag conversion I did in the '70's. 22 mpg!
Wow, those Star trailers look like something Liberace would vacation in.
All of them where bought with dirty thieved money by gypsies
Don't EVER park it in South Chicago....
Only the best for
commer was neat
For me, the 26' GMC has been something I have wanted since college days! They are my ideal!
Agreed 100%.... So much so i bought one here in Australia
Love the gypsy campers.
Fun to see them all.
Great to see all the older motor homes
I have an fully restored a 1977 Airstream Argosy motorhome. Built on a GM P30 chassis with 454 engine. Its a super cool vintage painted Airstream that you drive.
Love Airstreams in general, but especially their motorhomes. Argosy and the shiny twinkie.
Totally awesome
Love this!!!! Mad love for GMC!😁
I grew up in a 73+/- commer highwayman. Many camping adventures.
1977 Dodge sportman..finding it hard to sell...brings back memories of my youth...
Might not want to sell it cheap.
CMC Motorhome
fond memories of riding in my uncles type 2, back in the 1970's.
The GMC is the best.
I had an Orange Westfalia exactly like that! And my dad had an Orange Commer Autosleeper camper (although not at the same time).
Number 4 is a legend in Brazil. All campers in here love it.
Else pre sounds great for us. Perfect size for me and my grandson to go cross country this winter. Ya baby!
Number 3,nice and big and more power
GMC Motorhome!! Shades of Charles Kuralt.
You missed an iconic RV 1954/1964 clack cortez. The best so far..
When i was a teen my papa had the West VW, he loaned it to me for camping, great memories
I have an Airstream and it's freaking awesome! Glad to see it's in the top 10.
my neighbor had a karman safari and it was very spacious inside and dare i say comfortable
I'm officially in love with the Vicker's Westmoreland Star Trailers....so awesome.
I kind of wish you'd covered the Barth motorhome, which are also pretty sweet. But I might be biased as I have a 1973 model.
number 3 was my best choice ☺
I OWMED A 1970 V W POP TOP CAMPER BUS I WISH I STILL OWNED IT LOTS OF MEMORIES 😭😭😭😭
I like the gmc motor home
The Gypsy trailers here look like diner restaurants on the outside.
My friend's dad worked at the GMC plant in Pontiac, MI where they made the motor homes and sometimes would bring one home on the weekends.
happy days. I envey you
Number 2, the GMC fwd camper. Awesome. 😁
The Karman Ghia Safari was made here in Brazil. Sometimes I see a guy who's restoring a model of those. That's so beautiful and vintage!
commer (spacevan) walkthough. loved that thing
wow I used to have a Glastron and I loved it it was probably one of the greatest IVs I've ever had it was fast as hell for an RV I remember getting in drag races with school buses and UPS trucks LOL for the longest time I thought I was the only one with one it was my first RV I was 22 when I bought it and I'm 36 now I wish I could go back and get it
I still own one
GMC hands down. I want one so badly!
A year or two ago a Glastron popped up on Craigslist Nebraska. $4000. I was soooooo tempted. Then it went off - sold. Then...I saw it two blocks from my house where the new owner lived.
GMC is beautiful.. though I liked all..
The Karmann Ghia is the Volkswagen version of a sports car, the camper is Karmann Mobil
i want all of them
KOoOL LOVE .THEM All.
I have a 1970 Dodge Monarch with a Dodge 318 engine . I have been restoring it since 2018. Where can I send pictures for your next classic rv video?
The GMC was nice. I liked it best.
Nr 8
Romany Gypsy Trailers - all of them❤️💕💗😊👍
I think the Travco L'Espirit would be best for our needs, big enough, but not too big.
It was nice looking back at the older designed campers and trailers. Thanks, one of those VW Bus campers would sure be nice to have. 👍
We are restoring a 1979 VW Westy, but really like #8 too.
i would definitely buy the gmc motorhome
There are a few in El Dorado Arkansas gmc might be able to get one
Bought one here downunder in February.... love my gmc
I have a restored 1972 Hunter. It was the 903rd produced.
Nice, you still use it often, or is it for looks?
♡ it, 2nd to none.
Woweeee loved each an every one. Brilliantly done just great✌🏻💗😊❣️
gmc motorhomes,no 3.
1,4,10 are my favorites
The Romany caravans #3 are stunning
Always liked the GMC MotorHome!
And commer van!
Hi my name is and I recently started work on refurbishing a 1977 dodge xplorer which was quite clean and rust free when I found her i,ve already named her lorer as a take off from her factory name of xplorer I find your videos very encouraging .my plan is to maintain the original 70,s vibe as I grew up in that time and miss it a lot keep
Wow,👍 lucky you Joseph, you got yourself some real potential with that beauty. Please, do keep me posted on your refurbish, I'd love to see your progress and end point. You got me wanting to start a classic campers list. -Good luck and stay safe out there.
I'm diggin my Travco 220
I would love to have a # 8, 5, 4, and # 1 these are just to cool
Wish I had one
I will have something soon I can't wait
I’ll take the GMC Motorhome any day. I like many of the others, but that seemed to be much safer to drive in my opinion.
Me too... picked one up here in Australia in February ... only 26 listed downunder
I’ll second that. These things have held up well. The chassis is something others could learn from. The double rear wheels is an amazing advancement
i have that GMC Motorhome as a hot wheels toy !
All of the dodge Rvs were my favorite I own a 1979 dodge Exsecutive se has uses a dodge m400 chassis and came with the towing package so the motor is a Chrysler 440 v8 and also an added bonus had roof top ac ,cruise control , built in analog weather station and clock as one unit , an onboard onan bfo 4.0 generator and lastly the sleeping arrangements you get two full beds and a fold down twin in the rear in the bedroom. The one I own is 20 feet or so they came in multiple lengths and configurations in my mind it's truly a high end camper back in its day
I want the Gypsy Star one!! awesome!
I'll take that mustard yellow VW Westfalia please!
The GMC is most definitely my favourite 🙂
I'd love to find a Westmorland Star!
#4 is the best one for me I love the style plus 5 and 6
amazing video guy!! I gotta keep it simple honestly i love the westfalla!
Great job! loved this!
Back in the day I used to do most of the work on the VW Westfalia vans at the dealership. When one came in for non mechanical issues it came to me. I didn't mind, familiarity made things quicker and better flag time.
I would love to be able to find a GMC motorhome in great shape that was affordable. Great video and thanks for taking the time to make it.
Beautiful.
I own a 1974 GMC motorhome.
Does it work?
Sweet
No. My health no longer allows me to work on it.
#3 would be nice. Would love to travel the US in my retirement.
can I come along for the ride?
sounds like a plan..from Canterbury. U.K.
Gmc definitely. But vw is cool
good stuff, thank you.
I liked the GMC camper and the other Airstream. I would love to have a Chinook.
The one van was rockin

01:07 "Comfort and style!"
I was watching a review of a rare Argosy motorhome from Streamline. Cool designs that were well thought out. Only about 200 were made.
