    Ummm with an eye as “black” (not the typical colour of blue and red/purple) like that, you would expect it to be swollen and the white part of the eye to be reddish. Crappy makeup job! She should have used different colours. A bruise isn’t just black.

    We will never know what happened in the apartment. He could have been the one to start the altercation out of misplaced jealousy. But doesn’t matter. She took his gun and retuned to his door and shot through the door. That changes everything. She has no case. Making such extreme decisions out of angry never turn out well.she should have left and called 911 and reported an assault

      @traveltm With respect, you are dead wrong. *We know exactly what happened.* His cell phone messages match her testimony. What case are you watching? They both indicated, he asked her to leave immediately as he was convinced of her infidelity, she refused and aggressively tried to stay. An altercation ensued, she stole his gun and departed. He asked her to return his gun and get her stuff. She returned and shot him through the door! Prison is her next stop!

  • @kyliemarie6386
    @kyliemarie6386 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

    She literally admitted it without realising. She tried to say the gun went off accidentally when she was knocking on the door but the last 2 questions from her attorney were “did you mean to shoot/kill him” when she said no, the attorney then asked “what was your intention/was that your intention?” And her answer said it all… “I was trying to get his attention” which to me, says it all. She shot the gun to get his attention but didn’t think it would kill him. That’s no accident. She purposely shot the gun.

    Sasha is lieing through her teeth! Come oooonnnn, Martel sure doesn’t seem like a woman beater, more like he was trying to get her out of the apartment but seriously doubt he was hitting her & all that, he probably grabbed her arm to pull her off the bed because she was refusing to leave! She grabs the gun so she has the upper hand, if she was so scared for her life why come back to his apartment? Why do you want to try & solve the argument with a gun? Go home & talk calmly later when things cool down but she is a hot head, he won’t let her in, so she stupidly shoots through the door, Imo he was yelling through the door & she is real angry. Some of this is due to she is 21, is immature, been drinking, smoking pot & definitely not thinking straight! 😮🤦‍♀️. Saddest thing is I think Martel had a good career going, seemed like a decent guy with a decent future. ❤️

    OMG!! These attorneys on BOTH sides are idiots!! The Prosecutor asks her why she was raising the gun and she says FINALLY, “their would be no other answer but to shoot it”. The stupid attorney doesn’t wait for her to finish that answer, the answer he wanted her to say and because he doesn’t wait for her answer, he talks over her answer and doesn’t hear her GIVE THE PERFECT ANSWER……because she wanted to shoot the gun! How stupid!!! 🤦🏾‍♀️ Then, he asks again and of course she doesn’t give the PERFECT answer again and instead says the opposite, that she didn’t mean to shoot him! What an idiot!

He never called nor attempted to get back with her. It was her family that invited him to her party. She wanted to reconcile. In this incident, *he was again throwing her out* (w/o violence) with her fighting to stay! He was only seeing her 2x a month per Sasha! This foundation is counter to the classic obsessive, time monopolizing, isolating, controlling behaviors typical of most abusers!

    Safe to say... her crying "seems genuine" however, she showed "very 🤏🏼 little" emotions when she shot him in his forehead killing him instantly! 🥺 That's what bothers me the most about her! 🙄 I'm highly upset with her right now! 😤 She definitely "exaggerated the physical alteration" they had because he clearly stated in the 📲 text that she "attacked him and that he was"just defending himself!" 😒 All she had to do was leave his house and things would have ended fine! 😖 She even admitted that he asked her to leave multiple times yet she still questioned him! 🤨 She claimed that she went into the bedroom to go to sleep I don't buy that at all! 👀 They were hanging out painting, eating and drinking enjoying each other's time! 🤓 Then "all of a sudden" she gets a phone call... So she goes directly to the kitchen (for privacy or to hide from him) so he wouldn't hear the conversation! 🫣 Then after a minute or two she most likely realized "he was listening" so she goes to the bedroom after the phone 🤳 call ended claiming to go to sleep for the night?!? 🤙🏼🌃🕥 But I think she was still on the phone and that it wasn't a photographer but instead a random guy and that was the breaking point for him! 😮‍💨😲 She kept fighting throwing fire with fire when she refused to leave right away and sat questioning why she had to leave his house?!? 🥴🔥🎇 This could have been "all avoided" but she wanted to stay there and in her opinion "she felt she did nothing wrong!!!"😔 😮😮‍💨

    I could be wrong his wife dont strike me as one who was beat while with him, I believe his cheating and trust is reason for them splitting and why they were able to stay cordial with each other and work together. I think she was the one who was mad after breaking dishes once he saw or knew she had his gun he was not letting her back inside and she thought she had advantage, and he would do as she wanted and when he didnt let her back in and now speaking to her from the door she shot him. If she was only using gun to knock on door her hand shouldnt have been on the trigger. The neighbors lying, they heard way more and knew now days neighbors dont care and want no parts in it just like neighbor on witness stand. My friend said it looked like bullet hole being in rush I kept going, girl. Its sad how neighbors are today. People want no parts or put themselves in danger I get that but when you know or hear or see certain things why not atleast call police.

    I like this defense attorney. She speaks in a neutral, professional tone, asks appropriate straight forward questions that get to the point trying to bring out. For me this is very affective

    This girl looks NOTHING like the woman that has been shown all over the media with the burnt face .. what's really going on with this case. This is a completely different woman

    Could be Pedro heard bang which was fight not gun shot. He can’t say gunshot so for me doesn’t bring any reasonable doubt

    What is wrong with her? Is she in medication? Or just focusing on “story”?

    During "Sashas testimony" her breathing seemed (labored) at times... almost like she was nervous or scared! 👀 Now I understand what it feels like being questioned on the stand in court. However, I was just a witness to a murder and she's being accused of murder! 😮‍💨 But I know it can be nerve racking while up there! 🫦 But I'm afraid she might come off "untruthful to the jury" in my opinion?!? 🤨

    WTF? I never offered to be more than friends but did have sexual something or other. This is your testimony time to tell truth why being sly and obtuse. It’s not beneficial.

    This detective taking on and off his glasses is so distracting. Just get far-sighted glasses...
