Dr. Samantha Evans however, is a machine! *They use her video to teach the class on subject matter expert testimony!* No-one would dare challenge her clear, concise and easy for an 8th grader to understand facts. She is amazing!

If I were her defense attorney and I was trying to prove that the shooting was just an accident I would have requested the actual door at the crime scene to be used in evidence for this very demonstration. Mainly to give the jury "more insight" on what happened that night and how the gun went off! 🌃 I know it wasn't smart to use the gun to knock on the door considering the fact that she could have used the phone or just simply placed the gun on the floor and then began to knock! 😔
