      I don’t think patients the right word. If he was impatient He would be a completely unreasonable psychopath. He’s very kind and respectful with his criticisms.He’s like a really sweet fatherly figureBut I agree that he’s awesome.

      Good job on that form even with hex plates. It can be a bitch to use it as it has tendencies to roll and put you out of position.

    Hey would you correct the form on lifts outside the big three? Like OHP?

      I am sure he would, since he uses it regularly as an accessory lift. It would be great to see something other than just deadlifts lol.

    I don't think I've seen even elite benchers with that I hook bar path. People like James strictland. I just haven't seen that in their benches so that tidbit definitely stumps me

    yey, live streams back on youtube! it's nice that you tried something else, but you need to acknowledge that your community is also platform related. many TH-camrs streamed for years consistently on twitch, without their audiences knowing and got a boom in liver viewers once they made the switch

      Mario Molnar I had this view for a couple of weeks, however downloaded twitch just for FCF and I have to say I think the fact everything is archieved for later viewing is a massive bonus.. if you can’t watch live .. you can always catch up 👍🏼

    Bryce I notice in your bench videos, you keep your butt lifted as you bring the bar out and then bring your butt onto the bench when you're set to press; is this to prevent the shoulder from getting out of position as you mention at 13:00 ?

    At 9:20, can someone further explain why that position would assume he has a good sumo stance?

      By sticking the butt out more (anterior pelvic tilt), you add a little bit more room for the glutes to push forward for the lockout in sumo (which would bring the hips from anterior to neutral).

    Hey squat looked like she was five bombing losing tension, not maintaining a neural pelvis, too much extension, probably 0 integration of abs

      Yesss in a past video he gave advice to set the back angle at the beginning of the lift and maintain it throughout. She is not doing this at all and looks really loose because of it.
