I started leaving my grass to grow at the end of summer last few years - sort of re-wilding. All the bugs and creepy crawlies live in the thus feeding the wild life. Its nice to have a brew stood in the kitchen watching the birds getting bugs out of the grass. Then - come spring its first mow time. Bit of a chore BUT I become the birds best friend as all the worms and bugs are exposed so they can have a massive nosh. Its all become very rewarding.
Just trying to do my bit. The churn of residents on our street has seen garden hedges, bushes and even trees chopped down and grubbed up. We have to support wildlife. @@JonCoupland
I do the exact same thing - the neighbours have that god-awful fake grass and I have no problem in allowing mine to grow extra long to give the birds and insects somewhere to do their thing.
As someone who only has street parking, the amount of off road parking you have makes me very jealous. We have 3 cars and two of them are mine, plus regular visitors, it's safe to say the neighbors aren't very impressed at times.
Nice to see you're Dads old faithful Peugeot estate as the mobile workshop. There's plenty of room down the other side of you're house for another carport!
Absolute steal for 5K. You should mention in future ad's, that you have a YT video on what's been done to the car and that will provide honesty with the sale. BTW, get some goats and that will keep the grass down. Great Video and Crystal is a beauty.
Ah thank you. Crystal is the real star of the show. This is an older video I filmed just before picking up the Rover 75 (and so it's been waiting in the wings to come to the channel) - the car is actually now sold and thankfully he new owner (who was in Ireland) watched the channel so knew exactly what he was getting 😀 Don't tell MrsJC about goats! We will end up with them
It's one of your biggest mistakes going, may l also suggest that you take evening 😉 class to qualify even to NVQ Level in mechanics in reality like myself your Dad is not always going to be on this earth sorry to be blunt but honesty is the best policy
Jon you are to open as to where you live and you have no security mate lol. I would think twice about showing youre property and cars loads of scum it only takes one
Dad will have a full time job with that fleet
He pretty much does 😂
Behind every door is at least one car - your house is basically an automotive advent calendar :) Good luck with the sale.
Wonder what I'll get for day 25 😂

It's earning it's keep. I'm working on it ☺️
@@JonCoupland You'll save so much money over having to rent an industrial unit or a barn.
@@elproffo thankfully I have no storage costs
@@JonCoupland No extra petrol costs either. I could really do with finding dry storage for a rusty 2cv myself.
Great to see all the cars and your dad Jon you need to get a LWB MR2 😂 so the inspector was too busy sleeping!
Shame the MR2 had to go in the end BUT it's gone to a good home

@@JonCoupland Alpacas are nice though!....lol.
Jon, all I can say is. You must have a very understanding wife 😊.
I certainly do!
Is this a delayed upload Jon? I thought the car was sold to someone in Ireland.
Yes :) - filmed this back in November time however my channel has been taken over by Rover 75 stuff. I'm filmed right up until May would you believe!
Nice car mate
Thanks 👍
Wow, how many cars have you got?
Over 20 at the last count :)
Mate what do you do with all these cars
Drive them ☺️

Yes! It was a very good car but it deserved to be in a collection where it could be kept undercover etc - i have more skills than people see :)
