You seem to have misunderstood everything. The point is - unless you are attractive in the first place, there is almost nothing you can do to change that and draw female attention. The mother and grandmother (from Poland) of my first girlfriend always said I look like a girl. And I knew they meant it because they thought I was pretty. But as a teenager back then, I didn't want to be pretty or look like a girl, I wanted to look like a man and be cool and strong. When I was in my late teens, I was already 6'3" but was a huge cringey turn off because I had a mouth-breathing butter face with a unibrow, acne and was skinny fat. It doesn't matter if you're tall but if you have a butter face like I did, it's over. In my 20's, I was huge, bulky with a high body fat, built like a mini Brock Lesnar and gay guys would hit on me a lot. I was still an unattractive and autistic incel till my mid/late 20's. The time I reached my early 30's, I completely changed and became "average" faced but far healthier with a much better body. I also agree with how parents look. My mom was always great-looking and feminine while my dad was always built like a sewer rat and a monkey. Mouth breathing for several years also destroyed my face.

I agree with the body building takes. Tho I think you'd agree that body building works in so far as you are reducing body fat to a more lean/natural weight. Also iirc "robustness" or chest largeness was even more attractive than height.
I would focus a lot on being lean. Face fat is the biggest problem of a lot of men.
I think many women do not want threatening-looking men, but ones who can make them and their future children feel secure. Muscles are grown, but if there's the sense that this man is not right beneath the muscles, a woman will likely not take him for the long run. A man may talk a lot, be a pickup artist but I notice in the end a woman wants actual good qualities that can be passed on to her offsprings. Of course, time and society has somewhat programmed men and women a certain way and may have confused their instincts/intelligence ( to marry based on religion, to want this type of person, a certain color, or 'bad boys' even). In my family, one married a bad boy, but she is the... well, not the sharpest in the family.

Knowing all this is true, I think I have been extremely lucky to have had a few happy moments in my life, just a few. I have a terrible jaw line, nor pretty nor ugly brown eyes, yellow bad shaped teeth, a bit protruding ears, less than average height, rather narrow shoulders, a bit fatty bottom, a rather thin voice. If it was not for me being I player in a band, I think I would have never ever had a chance to touch a girl. However, things get worse and worse as you get old, I mean over 40-45. I agree with most of what you say, but this one thing confuses me. You say that exercise is bad, witch i agree with to a certain degree, but how is a man supposed to achieve these physiques with any resistance training. I also think that huge bodybuilders don’t look good at all, i just want to be 14% body fat and have defined muscles. You cannot look like that without some sort of training, unless i am missing something? Genuinely curious, because you make a lot of good points
I think these guys actually do a decent amount of resistance training but obviously don't center their lives around it and stay lean in order to bring out their moderate amount of muscle definition

It's true that looks are very important but there are still some things wrong in the video.
1. The guy doesn't even really know what really determines an attractive face and just refers to genetics which is not really an explaination.
The main reason why a good looking face is attractive is of forward growth and bigger airways which obviously means better hunting abilities, figthing sucess and pretty much reduced risk to many diseases.
2. Environment plays a bigger role than potrayed in the video.
Twins who are seperated but both eat a western diet, same oral posture, masticatory force etc. will still have a very similiar environment and if you are out of the womb huge amount of environment has been finished.
There are two twins one mewed from age 8 one had braces and one looks way better cause its about millimeters of bones.
3. In real life there are also so many exceptions to black pill like the 80/20 rule and there are ugly guys getting somewhat good looking girls although generally most couples fall in the same range.
4. Other explainations to Blackpill.
Blackpill/Incel Ideology doesn't really exist because of ugly guys but rather cause of loneliness caused by videogames, fapping and other addictions.

Genetics is the main thing that determines someone being attractive. The other things you mentioned, have more to do with biological tendencies for the survival of the species. If people do not mix their races so much, the problems or risks associated with certain diseases and other developmental problems are much less likely to occur.

my grandpa (on my moms side) is native american. he is almost 80 and still has all of his hair. He has straight teeth, broad face, and is tall. Naturally muscular without having to excercise. not like crazy like a body builder but just normal and natural. But as the diet has gotten worse we all are getting sicker. he has cancer right now after decades of diabetes...sad. My mom has diabetes, my grandma, all of my grandpa's siblings. if he ate a diet that was consistant with his genetics he would get healthy and heal. It's natural and shouldn't matter, it's too superficial. If a girl says that she prefers you to be shaved then she is into young bodies or tries to change things about you because she doesn't fully find you attractive. It's irrelevant to a girl if a good looking guy has hair here or there, she won't even detect it because of his looks.

@@prussiansocietyofamerica I’m not too sure about this, I have lived in China for years and people there avoid the sun like the plague, yet their people age very well and some women in their 40’s look like 28 years old. In Greece a lot of people eat meat and quite healthy but they age very badly due to sun exposure. That being said I still sunbath every time I get the opportunity but I’m aware it won’t help me with aging..
