I don’t know the exact statement, but Zun just ask people to not show the ending in uploaded gameplay to prevent spoilers. If you’ve been watching these videos you already accept being spoiled, so I guess technically no harm done.
The especific statement of zun is that when a touhou game comes out everyone is forbiden to upload the game endings, one month later you can upload the endings XD
