the cobler toppings...were the peach and blackberry cobbler topping the same recipe? The peach one looked a little different. Is that your sourdough? If so, do you have a video already posted that has this toppings recipe or could you share it here in comments? Thanks!
So I made two different cobblers in this video. The first was NOT sourdough and just a classic cobbler recipe I use for fruit cobblers. It’s my grandmothers but I’ve searched some before that are just like it- “classic cobbler”. The topping is like flour, butter, sugar. Just a basic cobbler crust. The second one with the blackberries in it WAS using sourdough discard. When I found the recipe I thought it only used discard without the addition of un-fermented flour, but sadly it didn’t. I was too far into the recipe when I realized that it had added flour 🤪. But I linked that recipe in the description bc it was really good!
