This wavebody mechanics training in particular has helped me alot. Ive been learning baguazhang in a more traditional setting and information is not given out freely. Sometime alot of the internal principles are very hard to see and harder yet to determine if you are doing them correctly.

Thank you ❤️🙏 These movements are a bit intense. Less reps with full range of motion is better than more reps with incomplete range of motion. Starting off with 3 reps each direction is good and working up from there. No need to more than 8 reps.

You definitely have to go gentle so you don't overdue it. Increase your range in small increments so you don't hurt your back. Good luck!

I actually do a very similar exercise, call it the oil well pump 🙂. It's the same wave-like movement, and it helps to relieve acute pain.
