Really like this method! I used this hair to do twists from the root when my locs were still maturing and the take down was rough since the hair stared intermingling with my own (and I only had it in for two weeks). This looks a lot safer and should blend well with my locs since they’re about the same thickness as yours. Thank you for posting!

Love this! I do Marley twists on my free hair but I’m def starting my loc journey eventually and glad to know I have some options when I do! Also, beads would be cute to help tuck the locs that peek out!
Def trying this! Maybe if you separate your locs into 2 pieces after the rubber band to add ea piece to the Marley hair and cont’ twisting like you did the 2nd section, the end of your locs won’t poke out 😊

When I had someone do these for me i had to add tons of rubber bands because my locs kept slipping out. I currently have two strand twists now. I’m going to get the hair and just add it like you did omg girl
