  • On the night of April 24, 2007, football fans witnessed a legendary match. The Red Devils, who were hosting the Italian giant AC Milan at home, finished the first half 1-2 down. The Rossoneri's two goals were scored by the Brazilian legend Ricardo Kaka. The reason of our newspaper title “Absolutely Magical” was Kaka's second goal in the 37th minute. The attack started with Dida's long pass, in the Manchester United half there are 3 United players (except goalkeeper) and one Milan player. In a shoulder-to-shoulder battle with Fletcher, Kaka controlled the ball with his head and came out victorious. Then he kicked the ball over Heinz's head with his foot. He then controlled the ball with his head again and with this move he caused a one-on-one collision between Heinz, who was following him, and Evra, who was coming from the opposite side. Facing goalkeeper van Der Sar, Kaka kicked the ball and goallll, 1-2! It was one of the most beautiful goals in the history of football. Kaka's legendary performance was not enough to give his team a victory. Coming from behind in the second half, the hosts won the first leg of the UEFA Champions League Semi-final 3-2.
