I generally don't agree with Democrat policy positions on many thing (no universal healthcare, for example). It doesn't really matter what her personal policy positions are in that respect as I doubt she'll have moved significantly leftwards of Biden.
His point is that trump is a fucking felon, who is a national security risk. If I could vote for a piece of toast or trump I would vote for the toast. At least I know a piece of toast can’t stir up international tensions
