JZR Honda 3 Wheeler

A beautifully built and presented example of the popular JZR Beetleback, so evocative of the 1930s Morgan Super Sports.
The car looks superb in Honda Milano Red with chrome wire wheels and the finish is truly excellent.
The JZR was constructed in 2019 and utilises a Honda CX500 water cooled V-Twin with shaft drive to the rear wheel. It has covered a mere 3,600 miles, is IVA tested and carries a fresh MoT.
The heart of the car is a square tubed chassis of rigid construction. Easily obtainable Ford items are used for brakes and the steering is via a quick ratio Escort Mk2 steering rack.
Wheels are 4.0 x 15 with splined hubs.
The front cowling is easily removed giving access to the ancillaries and the pedal box which is adjustable to accommodate the longer legged driver.
Twin Brooklands aero screens and a Momo quick release wood-rimmed steering wheel are nice touches. There is a full tonneau cover.
The exhaust system is stainless steel and emits a lovely rasp when the Honda engine is on song. The car drives extremely well and feels very taut with none of the darting around of some less well constructed trikes. It is in its element on lanes and B roads.

This is a very high quality trike standing head and shoulders above many of its type and will provide a huge amount of enjoyment for a modest outlay.
