That is the exact light that I have on my keys, and I literally use it every day👍I carry an i5r EOS in my pocket, but this little guy gets used just as much. Perfect keychain light, IMO. Cheers, my friend!
Hi, I have a few of these dotted around - olight freebies but prefer the iMini2 on my keychain, handy to just grab and it's on with a magnetic base too so much so, i have one on the house keys and one on the car keys, so i always have one :)
I have the iMini2 on my keychain pouch. I keep my keys in a leather pouch with a drawstring and the iMini2 is on one of the drawstrings which mostly keeps it away from my keys. I never pull them closed, just use them as attachment points. Perhaps a bit less convenient for extracting one's keys, but it saves wear on my pockets and poking myself with a key. No, don't have one of those keybars. My main key is attached on a paracord lanyard with a ball bearing fishing snap, so it can turn in the lock freely...a feature I love, but no one else seems to appreciate. LOL. I have several i3E EOS lights and like that the newer ones have a double Oring. Presumably this reduces head loss and perhaps may increase water resistance. They are worth it just to have an almost weightless flashlight that takes a commonly replaceable AAA battery although I avoid alkaleaks and use hybrid batteries (eneloops or the IKEA version). I recently also saw a similar AAA light reviewed, a Skilhunt, that was available in neutral white. Speaking of tints, there is a competitor to the I3E that claims a higher lumen output, but I do not see it, and the tint is too blue--so definitely prefer the i3E to that one. I don't have a Skilhunt.
Nice little light. Thanks for sharing, Live Long Prosper and Collect Your Own Way!
Thanks for stopping by my friend.
Loved the i3e eos from the jump, as well as the 1r2's.
Also, if used in short bursts, you can get a ton of light out of the i3e with a 10440 battery.
Good tip.
This is a great little sized torch!!
My wife has snagged mine!
Quite right too !!
