That's actually his outfit from the ningen wo kaburu vid and one of my favorites, his make up and finger paint is insane there in the vid. You should definitely check out the song as well, it's so clean, aesthetically beautiful and amazing. Love it! my favorite moment of their live was at the "tabula rasa" festival when they performed "conseived sorrow". this song caught me in a sad moment of my life and I wanted sad songs.
I like the bandaged/mummy military look from a few years ago he wore for a tour, check those performances out, his nose is covered throughout yet he sounds spot on.
As I mentioned in your Deviloof and Jiluka reaction Visual Kei bands are Super Produced Boys Bands. So like fashion models they are dressed up by management. Sometimes to fit a concept sometimes their Outfits has nothing to do with anything. Back in the 80's and 90's there was a Super Glam look, a Gothic look and some with hardly any make up at all. Like their sound they change up looks every album / timeline. But when you get famous like these guys, and THE - D - (who've been around since the mid 90's) they start self producing/ having more control over the music & learning cosmetic themselves. Kyo does all his make - up by himself now and has been for awhile. Now and days they just wear what they want & that goes for the makeup as well. There was a good timeline in the mid 2000's were they wore no make up at all especially Live.
My favorite kyo look is his skeleton body painting he used for Dum Spiro Spero at Budokan 2013. And also on the cover of others tattoo tribal volume 65. Also his outfits in "Utafumi" And "Uroko" MVs.
I loved his recent collaboration with DRESSEDUNDRESSED. The acoompanying photoshoot for the Rock and Read had some of the most beautiful picutes I've ever seen. But his look for the 12:20 konrinzai music video that he also had during the MUTANS live was phenominal, too (I saw it revered to as nun-Kyo in the comments quite a lot ;D) One of his early looks that I really loved as a teenager and that had a great impact on me was his early pierrot like look and make-up for Cage, Yurameki and Tsumi to batsu. So I was really taken aback when he resumed it during their tour for The Insulated World. Oh and his whole body make-up for the Blitz 5 days tour in 2004. I had never seen something like that before.
My favorite look of kyos that’s hard. I like the look he had in Saku cause of the custom grill he had made and the look over all and the look he had in the lotus music video cause he looks like a final boss from a yakuza game or anime villain.
This is a song that started out being a little too hard even for me, and now it's one of my favorite songs of theirs. It's interesting how my appreciation for many of the songs I found the most daunting on first listen grows exponentially the more I absorb it.

I respect that. It took me some time to get used to Dir En Grey aswell but now its my favorite band out there.
