    I have anhedonia. From untreated copper deficiency. Only things that give a tiny tiny bit of enjoyment is favorite songs and tasty food. Used to feel euphoria before zinc supplements messed me up

      @@JamieOngVoiceCreatorStudio terrible. Ill drink a beer or have sex and feel nothing. Only way i feel a little better is if i eat just foods for a month and then take a multivitamin that has iron and copper..did that 3 times this year and nothing
      . Last year i did that and also took zinc, copper, iron supplement for a short period of time in addition to the multi and the runnners high i used to get came back. Did that exact same thing and nothing
      My anhedonia gets worse if i use a multi that only has zinc..my doctor refused to give me a mineral test. They said talk to a urologist. Im like huh?
