I destroyed a tugboat and waited an hour but it didn't respawn and was still under water but I googled it and it said it takes 30min to respawn
@@AyyoHydro thats a bit weird. Did you check both Harbours? Could be bugged
@notgr4ve I'm on a community server and there is only large harbor but I swam under water and the tugboat was still there

update just stupid everyone just pulls up 3x deeper than me at oil then hold with m39 and respawns
Aye very easy to combat that , all u need is a diving tank and flippers
