The halfway point on the WCML leyland was a great station with some speedy pendolinos and 2 freight class 66 Also you can find my group on facebook called scouse trainspotter1999
Another excellent video mate I really enjoyed watching this, some of those Pendolinos were certainly motoring through as were the Freightliner and DB Schenker class 66 locomotives. And of course no trip up north would be complete without the grand pacers putting in their appearances and to top it all off there was a doubled up one 😂😂
thanks mate i picked this station because of its fast action of both freight and passenger but seeing the 142 really depressed me but i remember there the northern flagship
Scouse Trainspotter1999 again just like Preston once the northern section of the WCML is reopened you'll get much more freight passing through, I've seen the design of the trains that could replace the pacers and they look fantastic

Scouse Trainspotter1999 I think Arriva gave the contract to a Spanish company, from what I know they designed the DMU'S that run in Ireland
