Salaam brother, Jazāk Allāhu khairān for the sharing. I want to share too, that these days, the 'father' you mentioned seems the exception, and not norm.
Many are happily and heedlessly taking advantage of their supposed 'ruler' status. I watched your previous video about Waking Up Parents. That was spot on. But who, ultimately, holds the responsibility for the demise of our family units?? Fathers!! They are not guiding their charges.
Many are mostly outside the home. Does nothing/little to ensure proper upkeep of home and relationships. Only comes back when have a need or when sick and punctured. They know we (wife ans children) are not bastards. So we will still care even though if reversed, we know he'll replace us with any just cheap woman.
My point is, why get so emotional when most fathers these days, need good slaps. How about screaming at them instead to wake up and right their families. Worse are those who refuse to, even when highlighted. He'll bear his burdens to Allāh for making our lives hell on earth.

It should be that way as commanded by Allah and His Prophet صلي الله عليه وسلم. But I reality it's very complicated.

Some children have made life as Jahannam in the Dunya for their parents though the parents tried so much. Then you have those 1% who even call the cops on their dads because they don’t like to be told to do something.
Remember the children of some Prophets like Adam (son killed son), Nooh (son didn’t listen and drowned), Yaqub (sons tried to kill Yusuf AS) made life hell on Earth for parents!

Some of Hobos' lectures are totally emotional and have no weight. Fathers are awesome as Allah gave them that duty. But I reality it's different. Allah owns me only.

It's hard to relate when he's saying that no one will love u more than your father. When he basically chose his own happiness and needs before his son, was not a part in anyway in my upbringing. Has never even taught me about Islam at all, Astaghfirullah I still love him but just wow, the selfish decision he made to make his own children a second priority before himself

Well that is the case with some, and in mine it was is so too. But even in those situations there is a lession, (an example of what not too be). Every one of us is flawed but there is wisdom to be had if you are willing too see it, easier said then done it took me 24 years.

I'M SURE IF YOUR FATHER EVER WATCHED OR HEARD SOMETHING LIKE THIS, OR EVEN IF HE HAD WATCHED A MOVIE, IF HE ISN'T RELIGIOUS AND IT SHOWED THE BOND OF A FATHER AND A SON HE WOULD HAVE HIS REGRETS MY BROTHER, THERE'S NOTHING WORSE THAN GROWING OLD AND HAVING REGRETS THAT YOU COULD HAVE BEEN A BETTER OR MUCH BETTER FATHER THAN YOU WERE.😮

Although am a muslim this is not making any sense, i witnessed domestic violence from the age of 5 to 16 where my father dragged punched and beat me and my mum.
I have zero respect for him now, Allah will serve him his punishment
