Heresh Minozada Can you not understand? A criminal who is not repenting and changing his ways, is making fun of Allah's commandments and by definition is a hypocrite and evil. UNLESS he repents and stops his criminal activity. Especially a person involved in serious crimes like murder, rape of children and drug dealing.

I think what he meant was if someone had committed those crimes but is now praying 5 x a day is better than a person who does not pray at all
