Seems to balance the two sides out by having all NPCs and security systems start out friendly to Julie and letting her disguise herself as a normal mook, but on the other hand, she only has to go down once and Colt wins. Colt has to fight the whole map, but he's got three lives before he's out and he can optionally "win" by hacking the local radio tower to unseal his escape tunnel network. Gets all of his lives back and some nice loot if he manages to kill Julianna instead of just escaping, but if the Colt player's not in a good spot health or ammo-wise, it's a safer bet to get away with any shiny new guns he's found that loop so that he can infuse them and carry them over to later loops.
The game as is feels a bit unbalanced in favour of colt. Hope they make some changes cause I can see the pop dying in this game once the newbies start getting good

because julianna loses nothing if colt wins. if julianna wins, the colt player loses a run.
