It amazes me that you are still picking sweet corn! In years past, I remember sweet corn stopped being available at the farm markets in August.

Beautiful Bounty! Makes me wish I lived close to your farm market. Our local farm market in Greenville Ky have nothing to compare to your produce. I’m elderly and disabled but I grew 5 tomato plants that reached 10’ , around my patio. The Lord truly blessed me and your family with a bountiful year of harvest. Enjoy your seeing your family all working together.

HI y'all here in Germany we have 56°F and it is very brrrrrr . I had to laugh when you saw there was jello for lunch. As I was enjoying my jello it is a flavour I have only ever seen here in Germany it is called Waldmeister. Translated it is a herb called Woodruff and it tastes so good. It is best when made into a ice tea.

I recognize that baby! So fun to see the girls playing together at the store. One of the customers asked if they were sisters…I guess the blonde hair and blue eyes. Can’t believe how fast these girls are growing! Must be all the good veggies they eat :)

Your little girl is so adorable with her daddy‘s big smile and she clearly is a combination of grandpa‘s girl, daddy‘s girl and mommy‘s girl but she will be Growing up with everything a child needs : Lots of love, Quality food, secure place to sleep and run around and play and physical contact when she wants to be held or played with or a Book read to her; and lots of animals to play with on the farm… Oh and let’s not forget grandma he’s willing to spoil her with anything she wants to do and EAT~ YUMMY GOOD FOOD😃❣️♥️♥️😃😃❣️❣️♥️♥️😊

@@wandamckolskey4602 My grandfather also owned a veggie farm with cabbage, lettuce, bell peppers and a few dozen chickens. It is wonderful to wake up every day at such a peaceful farm.
Andrew, may be is time to feature grandma in a "harvest & cook" video. Your fresh veggie is making me salivating when I see how crisp and fresh they are. Be nice to see what she can do with them. What do you think?
You know, a lot of discarded foliage from plants is excellent in smoothies, like the tops of beets and carrots and numerous others. However, I put ice cream in mine! 😂😂😂

What amazes me is not that you can grow so many hot peppers but that you can find enough customers to buy them. Out here on the northwest coast they are not so popular.

Corn is one of my top 3 favourite veggies. But recently, I have been getting matured (tough and unsweeten) corns at my local market and it puts a damper when I couldn't even finish one. So seeing those yummy corn being harvest is delightful.
I add sugar to my water when I boil unsweetened corn, not as healthy but better than wasting it 😬

Can you talk about how you plant beets and get the spacing you want? What type of planter do you use and how do you manage weeds in them?
I use a planter as well and I've modified it a touch, but it always seems like a struggle not double seeding and having to thin. Wouldn't be a big deal if I planted just a few feet🙄
