It was cooler during this time even during the day time. The sun shown not as bright and heatwave as today. The Buses windows still all open.Everyone can have a cheap breakfast. Teh tarik and a plate of nasi lemak just around RM 2.50.

I was 20 in 1992. A native of KL. Near Sinar Kota building were a lot of pickpockets targeting people rushing to get on the bus. They were con men on the street selling you (useless) post-war Kuwaiti dinar. Most foreign workers were Indonesians, not many Bangladeshis yet. No KLCC yet.
