Disclaimer: Playing around with dolls and learning about them is a hobby of mine. The information found on my TH-cam channel is from my own experiences and sometimes but rarely from other online sources.

@@Polopony20. Oh dear! I did that to my poor daughter when she had one for her class. Dang, I felt so bad. I wonder if hers was extra sensitive though because I was mindful of that feature or so I thought. You DON’T want that to ever happen again because that scream will haunt you to your dying day. 😭😟😔☹️

Idk if you will see this, but how does the baby adjust to a daylights savings? I’ve looked for multiple sources and I don’t know how it transitions to the next day. I had figured out my schedule for the day but I have no idea how it will work with daylight savings.
It would be all in the controller/ computer when it gets programmed. The controllers and computers have the date so they would take that into consideration

Not sure if this is the appropriate place for this comment, but do you have any tips on how to care for Real Caare baby in an apartment at night during quiet time? Thanks so much!

I used to put thicker blankets( out a blanket on and maybe fold a blanket and put it on top of chest to make about 6-8 layers on the baby at night so the cry was quieter as I didn’t want to wake my family. When moving baby hold the blankets on your chest. I have also heard and seen tape with maybe cotton wool pads underneath (on the chest where the speaker is) to quieter the baby down, or maybe if you can program baby to turn it off at 8-10pm whatever you think is suitable and turn back on maybe 6-7am when you think suitable. If you have the controller.
If it’s a school project I’d try the tape/cotton wool pads + blankets and maybe tell the people around you if you have a decent relationship or maybe just the property owner that you will have a crying baby for a few days/ nights as you have to look after it for school and that’s that. 🤷🏼♀️

With my generation six, if she is on and I’m up late, I simply keep her out of the bedroom and keep the TV on or something like that that makes other noises, and so far my neighbors don’t seem to mind. At night in your room, the blankets idea would probably be best. Since I own mine and it is not a school project, I have been known to put her under the covers next to me. That also helps me get to her faster, but I have a big bed so I don’t have to worry about her rolling off.
Hahaha yes a blanket on the chest is amazing! Makes them much quieter!

i have no idea what baby i have and they give me the bracelet and we cant take it off but im confused on how u scan it like if u dont scan it or whatever what do u do? i have a Hispanic female and im very confused because my teacher doesnt explain anything. can u help?
Watch all my demos. You have to scan it each time the Baby Cries and then you give the baby care.
Don’t loose the ID (bracelet) or you can’t care for the baby.

No it won’t stop the baby, but your teacher will know that you have broken/ taken off your bracelet and they will give you a penalty or you’ll have to do it again.
Also you may loose your wrist band if you cut it off so my suggestion is that you put it on something else like a keychain or a lanyard etc if you do cut it off.
My baby coughed once cause I was trying to check the lights on the back and I didn’t know how far the baby can go till it counts as it being on it’s stomach. Will I lose points on the simulation for it?
If baby started the coughing it would have registered as a wrong position, it depends how your teacher scores things to as if you loose points or not.

Do you have any tips on how to care for real care baby in the car? I am going to be in the car a lot with my real care baby! Any tips?
If you are driving then don’t take care of the baby while you are driving. If someone else is driving sit in the back and just do the care events as usual. If baby needs rocking or burping leave in the car seat and rock them, if baby needs the bottle also leave in car seat and feed and same with the nappy change. Remember there are some people that think these babies could be a real baby and especially if they drive past. You don’t want to have the police chasing you down because someone thought that you had a baby out of the car seat in a moving car.

We don’t get deducted for not having pants on the baby. I actually found that I did not even have to put the nappie on the baby. I would just scan it to make it stop crying and then take my time putting it on her.
The Realcare 3s will show how long the nappy was on and which nappy was on for. I just think it’s weird having baby genitals out regardless if they’re a doll or not I’d prefer them covered up lol
How can you tell what care baby you have? (like 2,2+, or the 3)
On their back it will say, but they basically work the same.
2 is battery operated
2+ & 3 are rechargeable
3 have special clothes & a car seat detector.
Other then that they’re all the same Cries and function wise.
You teacher should tell you

My daughter had to do this in high school and the dolls they had were in such bad shape and not actually turn on and functional I brought in a reborn baby that my daughter and I collect to use they approved it cause to be honest if their doll broke I didn’t want to be responsible for that already bad shape doll.

It turned out ok she is an honest one she did as much as possible to take care of the reborn as it were a real baby because we collect a few reborns she knows that not only the teacher to answer to but also me we actually went out to eat and she took the reborn with her and treated it as if it were a real baby she never left it alone or just went out and left the reborn home. The school chose to not activate the babies cause they disrupted the class which to me made no sense cause you can’t turn off real babies. She has also been around real newborns so she does know the reality of them which is why neither my daughter or son had a baby in high school.

i just wander r u a teacher or something how do u get these dolls when they won't sell them to anyone just in general? i would like to get one
I know a lot of information about theses dolls so I was able to gather all the pieces needed for them and fix them.
They’re pretty rare to find in working condition with all of the pieces but it is possible. You’re Better of saving up and Getting one in full as it’s a lot cheaper that way.
Brutalrebelsavage19 you can find them on eBay. Newer models like the 2+ and 3 are really expensive if you get them in brand new condition (or newish condition) and usually the older models are cheaper. You also could do like I did. I bought a 2+ Hispanic girl baby but I got it for cheap because it is broken. But I don’t mind because I just wanted it to use like a reborn. I got mine for about $50-ish. But I believe that you can’t buy them brand new off the real care website unless you’re a teacher and work for a school or whatever & they also cost around $1,000 per baby if you get them off the real care website.
You cannot buy them off the Realcare website only if you’re a school or a program running the simulators.
