Also Franklin Tenn. you need to go there at Christmas it is so beautiful decoration .the hold town turns out for a old fashion Christmas something to behold. Loved your description of the Market. I would be totally overwhelmed with so much to see. Loved your description of the baggage handler and your empty suitcase. I had a similar thing happen when hubby and I square danced. We had flown to a convention and I packed all my petticoats in a large duffle bag. Sitting on the plane I watched as the handler picked it up and gave it a huge toss. The bag actually flew over his head and backwards. So funny and the look on his face was priceless 🤣

I envy everyone who can stitch on the larger linen counts! I am struggling on a 32 count, I'm having the hardest time seeing the holes! I don't know what kind of fabric it is, it's super soft and does seem thick. I bought it years ago. I have stitched on linen before very successfully, but I never paid attention to the count or what kind it is except that it did have a looser weave to it. You'll laugh at me when you hear 'how' I am trying to see the holes to stitch it! I am wearing my bifocal glasses with prisms, another pair of 2.75 magnified readers, and using a lighted Ott Light magnifier 2X. It also has a little circle in the center that is a tad smaller than a quarter that is 5X the magnification. I cannot look through that with the readers, but I can see much better with the readers over top my glasses looking into the 2X magnifier! Lololol!!! Too funny! I do find myself feeling a little seasick at times, especially when I look up at the TV/computer monitor! Lol! I am doing my very first 1 over 1 stitching and many other stitches I've not done before. The 1 over 1 takes a lot of patience, which I do have, but I have done a LOT of frogging! Lol! I have 2 butterflies at the top and they are a mirror image of each other! Yikes! I'm trying hard! I am stitching an older Just Nan Freedom Flowers. I am in love with this pattern! There are a lot of other stitches I am also new to in this piece. It is fun, but a LOT of firsts! Again, maybe it's the fabric, but I don't know how anyone can 'see' to stitch on smaller fabrics? Wow!!! It amazes me! Deb, your Tiny Town Christmas is gorgeous, and your large sampler on a floor frame - JAW DROPPING GORGEOUS!!!!! WOW!!!!!!
