From the Green Hell to Goodwood | Laura Kraihamer races IWC's Mercedes 300SL Gullwing at 78MM

- In the Moss Trophy at the 78th Goodwood Members' Meeting a very special car was entered. This stunning Mercedes 300 SL is owned by IWC's racing team and was raced by VLN and GT4 racing regular Laura Kraihamer.
While the car was rather outgunned in the race Laura adapted to her first ever outing in a historic racing car with ease. Follow her journey from first test to racing here.

Gorgeous priceless exotic vintage car. I would be very nervous to drive especially it belongs to someone else. The right front headlight suffered minor damage between before the qualifying and after the race.
It was a pretty sight to see this car racing.

A beautiful and important car, sadly not completive nowadays when compared to the Cobras, Astons, Ferrari’s, Jags etc that race at MM. having said that, what a great drive Laura gave, let,s hope she becomes another Goodwood regular..
