I bought this drone in January and also purchased a spare battery. The
drone performed very well, even in wind. Quality video is a challenge
with any wind at all with no gimbal(s) or EIS software. I only flew it a
few times because it has been cold (winter). On 1 or 2 occasions, I
lost sight of the drone and the RTH function worked perfectly. It also
returned nicely when the battery got low. On 4/04/21 I was flying it and
at @300 m it lost connection. IT did not return home, and I lost sight
of it in the bright sunshine. I was unable to find it. I will likely
replace it because I was very happy with it for the price. There is now a
SG108 Max with a two axis gimbal and EIS software!!! Happy flying!

There is one out now with 2-axis gimbal. SG108 Max, also S3 Pro. That also has an SD card slot.
And I think you should test follow-me, circle-me, waypoints. People want to know that. The optical tracking feature doe not really work, as often.
Shut off GPS is maybe short+long press? It does hold its position pretty well with the optical-flow camera. Don't necessarily need to wait for satellites.
Fun drone. Recommended under 250 gram.

@@TheDShow Till now the JJRC X9PS was the only drone under 250 gram with a 2-axis gimbal. Apart from the Mavic Mini and Mini 2 of course.

hi jus orderd one..Iam new to drones.. would a wifi extender /repeater give a more solid longer distance FPV u think ?
Mine has spin out of control , similar to bowl effect. I immediately hit the RTH but its not responding and crashed on the roof 100 m away from me. Luckily, i was able to recovered it through gps
I just bought this model with US$ 100, with second battery. I understood it can't have good image quality because it doesn't have a gimbal to balance the camera view; I have it just for exercise before I use my other drone which cost double price, which is Ida Yuki Mini
Hey I have a question of remotoy how long does it take to get the drone because I got the vip shipping which $6.99 it said 3 to 7 days but I don’t know for sure I live in California us.
What if you mount sports camera to it? Will it fly with gopro hero 8 or so? Good review :D
I think you would need a smaller camera they might be abit to heavy
I will lift up 80gram and 100gram also 170gram!
But becareful when doing so it will have the tendency to drop down.
I recommend no more then 100 but still becareful and mount it on the top.
Make sure its balance is right or it fly's away with little wind gust.

If you want to go the distance and keep video signal...?!
Then buy a repeater Tp-link Ac1200 and get to about 800 meter.
To get the GPS off you need to have no GPS signal and then hit gps button.
Then you can take off. (It wont let you leave it off)
because the moment you recieve signal and land the drone it wil lock it in.
You can hear a beep then.
Ps. dont repeat the transmitter/controller signal only the video!
ALSO LEAVE BLUETOOTH ON PHONE DISABLED IT GIVES PROBLEMS WITH MANY DRONES!
Also dji but this one to will disconnect video immidatly.
Also noticed beginning of flight you didn’t have the controller antenna raised was that the issue with video transmission ?
I think this one (like many others cheep knockoffs) have no external antennas. What you see is just a two fake plastic antennas. And real antennas are inside the controller
Where did you get yours at that price with 2 batteries ?

Hello i cannot find wifi drone signal I have a 5g phone any help?
Will this drone connect to my Phone unless my mobile doesnt have 5g WiFi connection? (IT has LTE, 3g, 2g. Samsung galaxy A70)
The 5g means 5.8ghz wifi you will need to check if your phone supports that wifi version.
Yea m8 I dont think the 4k pictures are that good but good range shame about the pictures as I have a couple of non gimble drones that look a bit sharper horizon correction of course which a lot of people dont know about it m8 but like you said nippy reliable little flyer nice review..👍

Well, what did you expect for this price range? You want stable image? always go for 3axis gimbal and for dji brand which is at least 3x the price of this quad.

Yeah, I'll likely go with DJI. I was happy to see this video sample of an alternative I was considering. I can now rule it out.
