Looks delicious! When I wrap things with bacon, I like to put it in between parchment paper then smash flat. You get great coverage wrapping, generally don't need a toothpick, and the bacon renders great since it's thin. Thanks for the video!

You're using DILL pickle spears, have you've used "SWEET pickles" , instead? I'm not a fan of the "DILL" flavor, but love sweet pickles.
