How do you set up your flash dryer in the tent? I’m screen printing in a tent like that but the 3 prong outlets are too far away for the flash to be out there …
Thank you for this! Very informative and helpful. I’m thinking the ink you used might be what I’m looking for. I have a project where I’m trying to print on plastic chicken feed bags. This ink should work on those too right? I’ve tried other inks and they just scratch off.
I have a new video coming out next week that covers the ink that we are now using which is cheaper but works a lot better and gives you time to work with it instead of drying. But this is the link to the ink that we are now using amzn.to/37icxbp

Cali Paid no I wouldn’t one you don’t want to use a lot of pressure also make sure you have a high mesh screen also don’t flood the screen and for the pallet make sure you use a nice water base tack to keep you item staying put while printing

tobias mcdougald I found mine on the nazdar website
Hey, would a 160 mesh screen do the trick or would you recommend the 220 mesh screen?
You could try 160 never hurts
So when you run it through the conveyor dryer. What temp are you using? And around what temp do they start to melt
Isn't this ink solvent based? The Nazdar 7900?
Yes and it does not work well. It cracks and scratches in the mail.
Will this ink work on a Polyurethane? Looking to screen print onto a material very similar to rubber braclets
Tell you the truth I have no idea I have switched to using speedball acrylic ink which is in my next video
I did not know nazdar had wb inks for that thabkd a million!
So with that ink you used the design does not smudge or come off?
JNew402 correct it’s made to print on this type of material you don’t want to use waterbase as that will smudge and will run off
Seen an ink made by "Permaset" called "Permaprint." I believe its a water based ink that is solvent free and it's made for plastic, cardboard etc.
Where do you recommend getting the screen from?
Jennifer Cook you can get screens on screen printing.com or a 6pack of screens from Amazon
What ink is this called? Also where would I get the tacky spray?

Where do you keep your off contact at for these mailers?
Cali Paid for all printing off contact you want minimal off contact not touching though
Would it help to spray silicone spray to bottom of screen so the nailer dont stick to it or probably would make a bigger mess then its worth huh

Hey! Cool edit.
What size poly mailers do you recommend for tshirts? Thanks in advance
Personally I use 10x13 just because I use them for shirts and hoodies if it’s a tee make it smaller when you close it with the stickie tape
@@ApparelTalk awesome thanks again
