Just tried it yesterday and an epic fail. I was able to be flakes off. Maybe I used to much ink. Does it need to be cured with light heat??

Have you ever printed on vinyl fabric? Aka “marine vinyl”. I used that same Speedball acrylic ink to print on some 6”x9” vinyl pieces that will be sewn into lined zipper pouches. It printed excellent and did not scratch off, better than two other inks I tried, but to test its durability, I sprayed some isopropyl alcohol on it and it cleaned off. Same reaction to degreaser. Is that going to be the case with any waterbased ink? From research, everyone is saying that I should use Nazdar 4700, and you had mentioned using Nazdar in the past. Nazdar is too expensive for a hobbyist printing 20-40 bags for merch.
But If isopropyl alcohol/degreaser kills the dried ink either way, then I might just continue with the Speedball as i think it will last as long as no one gets degreaser on it haha which i think will be rare/uncommon. Followed your channel, thank you for sharing.
