IMO the candito 6 week program is best strength program I have every tried. I’ve done everything Wendler 5,3,1, texas method, madcow 5x5, german volume training, conjugate method, and many more. Nothing has worked for putting on strength and size like doing multiple rounds of candito 6 week cycles separated by a deload, and repeat/start over again to infinite.

Do you tell your plumber that he only fixed a minor issue so it should be free? Candito puts out good content. Support him if you actually care or be quiet.

I mean yeah, Candito has a business selling powerlifting programs. With that said I don't think it's particularly shocking or wrong for a coach to sell their work.
A little transparency would have been nice. There was no mention this is a paid program and the original program of which this is a 'new' version was free. $25 a month for a generic 6 week program is extortionate.
