    I fixed the access, so now it is accessible and then hit "make a copy" to be able to use it as your own. Initially the setting was off, so now it's fixed!

    IMO the candito 6 week program is best strength program I have every tried. I’ve done everything Wendler 5,3,1, texas method, madcow 5x5, german volume training, conjugate method, and many more. Nothing has worked for putting on strength and size like doing multiple rounds of candito 6 week cycles separated by a deload, and repeat/start over again to infinite.

    You guys do realize that Candito is a coach for a career and does these videos as part of that? The way you are crying about it being free is kind of pathetic. Do you tell your plumber that he only fixed a minor issue so it should be free? Candito puts out good content. Support him if you actually care or be quiet.

    Looks to be an issue with the document. When selecting to use "kg" instead of "lbs" the formulas seem to break and result in weights being set to 0 for sets after the first.

      I mean yeah, Candito has a business selling powerlifting programs. I think he should've just made this free like the old version and used the program itself as an advertisement for the "Forever Program" which has more advanced programming, Q&As, form checks, etc. included. With that said I don't think it's particularly shocking or wrong for a coach to sell their work.

      A little transparency would have been nice. There was no mention this is a paid program and the original program of which this is a 'new' version was free. $25 a month for a generic 6 week program is extortionate.

      @@mr3radley The monthly fee includes several other programs (pretty much all stored in the app so it’s a pain to copy down) and most importantly Q&A and form check videos. The program comes in a Google sheet so you could just buy a month on the app, download the 6 week program, ask a couple questions about tailoring the program to your needs, get an in depth “professional” opinion on your technique in the big 3, then cancel after 1 month. I still think that’s too expensive for what is an update to a single free program as you pointed out, but it’s not like you actually have to spend the monthly subscription fee more than once.

2x12, 3x10, 2x8, 3x5, 2x15 or 3x7 workout
Same core work as on the weightlifting and powerlifting program including what I put of obliques and back for 3

The same conditioning, but only 5 mins of the assault bike if ever picking that instead of what it says. Do 1/2 of the work for it Next workout Keto
    1/2 of all squats and deadlifts
    Weighted dips for 1/2 of the reps and otherwise explosive pushups with 15 incline pushups and inverted rows
