Hi Patricia, I am glad you enjoyed this video and hope that you get to make these someday! Thank you so much for your nice comment and Happy New Year 💛 ~ Anja
Those look lovely, Anja 💗 That's close to the dough I use for cinnamon rolls, I have never even considered frying it! I will make it on new years eve. Happy Holidays, Anja! 👋😁
Hi Gidget, this dough probably is similar to any other sweet yeast-based recipe. Frying the little pieces takes them to the next level 😊. Thank you for your nice comment and Happy New Year 💛🎉 ~ Anja
Don’t know how to spell it. Podatin? Cooked 1 part each of cabbage potatoes sausage. Salt and pepper. Boil then puree or eat like stew. Use water or broth. Mom made it when I was a kid. She had some german blood. You bring up a lot of good memories for me. Thanks
Have you had German Schmalzgebäck before? Where did you have it?

I'm wondering if I can make this to the risen stage; and like my pizza dough, freeze it in batches in bags.
That should work 👍 ~ Anja
Wondering if you know how to make podatin. Im told it is german
Hmm ... I am not sure what that is. Have you had it before? Is there maybe a different spelling?
