- Tandoori Chicken Skewers with homemade Raita
Tandoori Paste
2 Teaspoons Salt
2 Teaspoons Hot Chilli Powder
2 Teaspoons Dried Mustard Powder
2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
2 Teaspoons Cumin Powder
2 Teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
2 Teaspoons Ground Ginger
2 Teaspoons Coriander Seed
2 Teaspoons Tumeric Powder
1 Juice of Lime
1 1/2 Plain Greek Yogurt
2 Chicken Breasts, Diced
Raita
1 Cucumber
2 Spring Onions, sliced
1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
1/4 Teaspoons Coriander Seed
1/4 Teaspoons Cumin Powder
1/2 Teaspoons Sugar
Juice from a Wedge of Lime
To Serve

Sliced Red Onion
Grab a container or plate and place in your skewers and soak them, this will prevent burning when they are cooked on the BBQ.
In a large bowl add in all of the tandoori paste ingredients and combine. Add in your diced chicken and coat the chicken well leave this to marinate for as long as you can.
Grab your skewers and thread on the chicken.
Crank up the BBQ, Spray olive oil and cook chicken for about 5-7 minutes while basting the rest of that marinade all over it.
To make the Raita dice the cucumber, in a bowl add Yogurt, Spices, Sugar, Cucumber, Spring Onion mix this together then add the lime and mix.
Serve with Red Onions & wedges of lime.
