  • Quick Demo vid of my Ernie Ball Silhouette.
    I usually play heavier instrumental stuff, but recently brushed up on the old Knopfler style Finger Picking
    when asked to demo the Silhouette's cleanish tones.
    Rig :
    EBMM Silhouette (HSH) - SansAmp PSA1 - Alesis Q2 - Music Man 410-HD (130W).
    Dodgy Cam mic audio
    Excuse the flubbs and playing position
    (I didn't realise my leg was in the way until after ..... derrr . :)

    @dracaler Thanks mate. I never ran an OD in front of the PSA.
    I got an Axe-FX Ultra shortly after the Sultans video.
    Needless to say the PSA has been gathering dust since :)

    Thanks.
    The Silhouette is very different from the JS1.
    eg.
    Silhouette : HSH / 5way switch Hardtail 24 frets
    vs
    JS1 : HH / 3 Way toggle (with coil tap) Edge Trem 22 frets
    Very different - but both awesome guitars.

    Yep, EBMM guitars are awesome - the Silhouettes & BFR JP's are my favs.

  • @DizzConnected
    @DizzConnected  16 ปีที่แล้ว

    Yep - Silver Sparkle JP6.
    The BFR usually hangs in the space behind my head ;)
    I'll try and get time for some more demos !

    I can't give you any info on the Luke II comparison, as I've never played one. Head over to the Ernie Ball forum to get some great advice / comments. :)

    hey i'm interested in purchasing a musicman 410hd, do you find that the 10inch speakers break up fast? i need a lot of head room, and i'm thinking maybe i should get the 212hd instead since the speakers are bigger. i don't know what to do.

    I REALLY LOVED some riff of your solo, but didn't like something... maybe it's just not your genre, don't know.
    Good job.

    jaja i know i have to practice more but i i think that a person that has 5 or 6 guitars knows how to play perfectly... or just better than you

  • @DizzConnected
    @DizzConnected  15 ปีที่แล้ว

    I never said it was perfect, and I even apologise for the flubbs in the vid info.
    It's just a medley of various versions of Mark's solos........
    But I just checked out YOUR vids, and you should spend less time bitching and WAY, WAY more time practicing.

  • @lcctld
    @lcctld 15 ปีที่แล้ว

    too guitars, too money ti buy them but you cant play the solo perfectly... fuck
