I would bump Untrainable to Top tier, I really want to see that show. Fyre drill gets bumped to Average (We've done the boat battle at Legoland and it was really fun) & the meet n greats down to Low tier (but I do want to meet Toothless).
Ugh wish they would put single day tickets on sale for the general public. We have a 3 day package but we really want to get at least 1 more day in Epic. We go June 16th. The wait is stressing me out. 😆
I pretty much agree with everything here, except that I would swap and put the Untrainable Dragon in High Excitement and put Mario Kart in Average tier (or Low Excitement if you had one). I've been on Mario Kart and it's definitely a good ride (if a little tame), but I'm a sucker for an immersive fully featured show. I've heard nothing but great things about that show. The fact that Epic will have more rides in the top tier than in other spot speaks volume to the quality of this park.
Thanks! MY list has no Monster or Werewolf rides, I can't handle being scared! But totally looking forward to Stardust Racers, Winged Gliders, Carousel, Minecarts, Mariocart and the Rooftop Bar at the Grand Helios! lol Fyre Drill looks like a ton of fun, but I like getting wet, Florida is waay too hot for this Oregon coast gal. Appreciate the posts and research! ~erica
I would add interactive and themed areas to the list to be judged. I believe there is high excitement to just explore areas even without going on a single attraction. I think I could spend multiple days doing just this.
The most I’m looking forward to as far as attractions probably the first two are no-brainers. One monsters unchained two the ministry of magic. Then the two shows the Harry Potter show and how to train your Dragon shows. Then the coasters. God willing. I will be there with my grandson in September. Hope to see you. God bless thanks for the video and happy new year.
Y’all are underestimating Fyre Drill. I’ve been on a similar attraction in another country, and it’s a ton of fun because the water cannons inevitably spray nearby boats around the corners, too.
You appear to be judging Epic ride vs Epic ride. Would be interesting to compare those rides against ALL genre park rides. For example, Yoshi is low to average rating vs other Epic attractions but I think the experience of being high above Mario Land makes this above average compared with any other omni mover rides, perhaps even S tier in that context. Another example, Dragon Racers is certainly average to below average in Epic, but S tier against other Theme Park flat rides. Thoughts???
Unfortunately there are only 3 dark rides. It rains a lot in FL, especially from June to September. So most of the rides will shutdown in a storm. That was my issue with islands. Sure epic will have 2 stage shows. But if it’s live action, it won’t be a guaranteed escape from the storm since there’d be limited showings. So if it storms during your day at epic, you’re sol.
You contradicted yourself. You said at the beginning that the tier list may not be how viewers see the positions, but that this list is how "you" personally feel about an attraction, or that you are excited to experience. Then you do the opposite by ranking Stardust as most excited, even though, you aren't looking forward to it. I look forward to your reply and hopefully you can see that my argument doesn't have flaws. I'm used to being debated, but what I said is factual.
Man... I do you like? I normally like your video and I get excited about seeing all the lands. You are not interested in Dark Universe, you don't like rollercoasters....everything is low excitement …you like everything except the carousal?
Honestly, everything from both super Nintendo world and how to train your dragon has me underwhelmed. Maybe it's just the demographic, I don't know. But the other 3 areas/attractions look great and innovative and really exciting.
I would love to see you revisit this tierlist after going to the park and see if your expectations matched your experience
Would love to see an Epic restaurant tier list!
Once there are some menus released I’ll be doing that

Universal Nightime Spectacular? Any clues about that yet? Fireworks and projection mapping on Helios?
I haven’t heard a peep about it. I keep looking out for something on it

Circus Arcanus is gonna surprise you.

Lol I've been on one in the northeast. It's fun yeah, but i wasn't ready to get blasted with water. I'm good. Maybe on a hot day

This whole place will be such an epic emotional journey!! Lol see what I did there !! Lmao !

I get it, but visually, I think Dragon land will blow you away!
Why even put out a hype list video if you don't ride coasters. Useless
Because he can still be excited for other rides, and like he said he looks forward to the coaster in the How to Train your Dragon area.
