I work there and have seen the whole park, this is what I think are the best rides: 1) Battle at the Ministry 2) Monsters Unchained 3) Stardust Racers 4) Hiccup Wing Gliders 5) Curse of the Werewolf 6) Mine-Cart Madness 7) Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge 8) Yoshi’s Adventure 9) Dragon Racers Rally 10) Constellation Caroussel 11) Fyre Drill
The most anticipated rides/shows for me: 1) monsters unchained 2) ministry of magic 3) stardust racers 4) how to train your Dragon coaster 5) donkey Kong coaster 7) how to train your Dragon show 8) Harry Potter show 9) werewolf coaster 10) Mario kart

Fell like Hiccup's Wing Gliders will rank higher on my list. I love those family coasters. Donkey Kong Mine Cart Madness, on the other hand, will probably rank lower, just because I have some Flight of the Hippogriff feelings about this one (for kids and super quick)

Apparently it's forbidden journey but with a heavy focus on animatronics instead of screens
