Hi, I was just wondering if you have any advice… I have the gewa pure case which I got about a month or two ago. Given that it is basically new and quite expensive for a violin case, I was expecting it to be very high quality however the Velcro on the adjustable neck has very quickly become unstuck and now when I put my violin away I have to cover it with sheets and towels because even though I stick down the Velcro as hard as I can, the neck part still becomes unstuck and my violin ends up thrown against the side of the case. Since it is now too late to send back, I was wondering if you had any ideas of how I can make the Velcro better… I know this is a strange question but I take my violin all the way across a big city almost every other day and I really don’t want it to get broken since it is a very expensive violin (by my standards). Thank you and sorry for the strange question!

Hi Vita. That is a great question. Unfortunately, there's no easy solution. The best option would be to glue the neck padding. We have used gorilla glue before, and this works just fine. A little bit goes a long way. So a dime-size drop in the middle of the padding would be more than enough. This will make the neck cushion permanent. But if you plan on using this case for the same violin (or any full size violin), then it'll be fine.

Glad you liked the video! We haven't heard of Artonus cases, so unfortunately, we can't provide much insight regarding this brand.

      Hi Linin!
Bam Hightech and Gewa Air violin cases are some of the best water-resistant cases we highly recommend! 😊

the Bam hightech is awfully weightful,
I wish there was a Jakob Winter case with straps, and an external backpack like the Bam's hehe

Correct! We really wish we did. But in the past, we've had cases stuck at customs, or duty taxes get too high. We're hoping we can figure out a better system in the very near future.
