Yeah, the bottled water shite has to stop. My own general practitioner continually gripes at how non athletes, in not particularly hot weather, chug down water as if they’ve been desert-boarding . Their pee is like tap water. Bottles are poorly washed, re-used & cause all sorts of nasty stomach difficulties. 10 -50 years ago we didn’t do this. So it’s a problem with poor nutritional choices affecting the affluent & those not so well off. That, & an oral fixation. 😂

The attorney is so inarticulate and confusing, with his non sequiturs and incomplete sentences; and then he acts self-righteous and indignant...like a bumbling idiot. She’s rolling her eyes and covering her face from photographers (does she not know it’s televised?); the lawyer is drunkenly licking his lips, abandons his sentences half way, calling out the plaintiff’s lawyer on objections. Gweneth is guilty. There is no way 4 broken ribs would have occurred if the male made contact with gwyneth from behind and going slow as gwyneth's lawyer says as her body would have reduced the speed and impact and when they fell to the right side together there would have been no injuries.
It is more likely that the man was below and gwyneth is coming at high speed and watching her kids ski looking back at them up the hill and then not seeing the male in front of her at all and hit him from behind sending the male straight to the ground with his right arm used to break the fall. and with her body hitting him at high speed and impact into the ground where the males body takes all of the impact breaking gwyneth's fall. Her body weight at high speed pushing into his back and head caused him to have concussion and broken ribs.
Gwyneth's lawyer has to put the "fan assaulting gweneth" on ski slope story to make it look like gwyneth didn't know what happened because she is a celebrity. Gwyneth definitely didn't know what happened because she wasn't looking forward, she was looking up the hill watching her kids and hit him. If the male hit her from behind, she would have had injuries that the male had because 1. He is bigger than her in body size 2. She would have had broken ribs 3. If he was coming at high speed being a bigger guy, gweneth would have alot of injuries to her legs , back , ribs and head because her body weight would not be able to break the speed impact when he is coming down at high speed as it will increase his body weight.
And also the fact gweneth is coming at high speed down hill increases her body weight which is also able to cause injuries to a larger man if he is standing still taking up all the impact in the body.
    She is guilty 100%
